very good initiative, I have some observations/suggestions.
1- Overall website load time is very slow
2- there is no option for duplicate/renewel learner print
3- The data of the person regarding license type, validation status, etc. should be integrated.
4- There are people, who are currently resided in Punjab having Punjab Domicile and Govt jobs. This scenario is not dealt with, during the selection of a permanent address on the website
