I agree sunlight is important, however I 100% disagree about stopping using sunglasses. I have blue eyes and there are some days that are just too bright for my eyes even with a hat. I wear them maybe 25% (or less I am forgetful and suffer for it lol) of the time but when I need them I need them.
I have blue eyes and I used to wear sunglasses all the time. I realized that I was dependent on them in situations where other people weren’t. I didn’t like feeling like I had crippled my eyes’ capability so I completely stopped wearing sunglasses. My eyes did readjust to life without them. At this point I happily wear sunglasses once or twice a year.

Some of these we already do ourselves! However I do buy some conscience items and we do not have space to buy meat in bulk sadly. Your eyes are susceptible to sunburn, ask your eye doctor to explain eye sun damage to you. I let natural light go to my eyes for a maximum of 15 minutes daily then I wear sunglasses
Especially if you drive a lot, the asphalt is really reflective so it can be very dangerous for your eyes to drive without sunglasses. Windows and modern buildings have made this situation worse so maybe back then it was not so bad. Now it is essential for eye health to wear sunglasses.
@mommyloveslife8777 you can get vitamin D through your skin dude... it doesn't have to be your eyes. Especially with how different the atmosphere is now versus before. It's probably way worse now...

My understanding is that your skin absorbs the sunlight and converts it to Vitamin D so actually it is sunscreen that interferes with Vitamin D conversion. But if you live in an area where it rains a lot you may still need Vitamin D supplements. So important for bone health among other things. ❤
okay so i was major team menstrual cups for like 3 years but was experiencing some pelvic floor issues. kind of stopped using them intuitively then postpartum i went to therapy for my P.F. and she mentioned cups can sometimes not be a good fit for women with hypertonic P.F.! so random but I haven't used them since!
A bar of soap or a rag work. It kinda goes back to the idea of changing your pH with vaginal products though. Your skin has a microbiome that helps protect, so if you use a bunch of products it winds up killing off the natural protection and opens you up to fungal and bacterial infections.
If you don’t wear sunglasses you will develop cataracts later in life ask any Eye Dr. wearing a ball cap wouldn’t help protect because UV rays will bounce off other objects.
