After these many years of singing and screaming, Dan still got it! Great voice!
I think I heard every single one of these songs at Warped Tour Cleveland in 2003. And then I got old. But man was WT great in ‘03

Can't wait to see them in August! I wish post hardcore and screamo was still popular. It's just better in every way!

I was in a St Louis hard rock band kinda like Story of the Year and our band got invited to play (open up for a bunch of road shows and festivals) and it was also Goldfinger and The used most of the time, so we got to hang out with them and screw around and we’d always watch every one of those bands backstage and just be in awe of them. They were our heroes and we were lucky enough to get a great opportunity! Weird memory but I remember us all eating at the venue and having full catering for everyone and Dan asking me if I wanted any more mashed potatoes, I said no thanks bro and he laughed and said good bitch cuz they mineeeee! And we were both laughing like crazy man! Just awesome guys and amazingly talented musicians and the live show is just amazing! Like rockstar ninjas honestly! 🤣
Oh edit: The St. Louis band Greek Fire was also at most shows. The backup singer Phil from SOTY has an incredible side band if you maybe haven’t heard of them I highly recommend them! They’re called “Greek Fire” Phil is an awesome singer and just a super stand up guy all around. Effin legends of the Lou now!

They actually kicked him out with little no explanation. Miss his vocal harmonies
@@darrenwebb4250 it is odd they never really explained why they kicked him out of the band, after so many years spent together on the road. Even Phil still claims he does not know the reason behind it. Ryan left Greek Fire and they do not speak with each other anymore.. pretty sad!
