I just adore this video! I have watched it many times, and just the huge smile on Amy's face makes me smile through the whole thing. I love you channel in general, and all your "How To" videos to be so informative. At 67 years old and after 40+ years on motorcycles and on a couple of maxi scooters (Burgman 650, Honda Silverwing) I finally took the Vespa plunge. I was so fortunate to find a 2018 GTS Supersport with only 598 miles on it for just 5K and I feel like I stole it! Nothing I have ever ridden before feels as good as being on a Vespa. Thank you for keeping me inspired until I found my own!
I loved the joy and thrill on Amy's face at the power. A lot of motorcyclists don't realize that your average 300CC motorcycle would get scorched 0-45 by a 300CC Vespa. I love that!!
Such an excellent video! I could feel everyone's enthusiasm and excitement over the experience of such a fun, quality machine. The lack of audible speech was actually.....very pleasant. It was a relaxing video of an exciting atmosphere for such a seemingly sweet young woman. Very happy for her. I wish her a lifetime of safe happy riding.
I was thinking & feeling the exact same thing!! Just randomly clicked on the vid from my UA-cam homepage and, though I don’t know these people and never watched anything from this guy’s channel before, I spent the entire video smiling. Thanks!!!
Same here! Want to thank you guys for sharing this happy and cool experience. I'm happy to feel a little of this excitement of yours just by watching the video.
I’m really happy for Amy, I bought my white GTS300 5 years ago and still love it, watching Amy getting excited brought back memories of picking mine up. Have lots of great times on the beauty👌😀
@@MitchsScooterStuff just a quick side note when I first watched this video I was cycle touring with my wife from Azerbaijan to Cyprus which took us 3 months. I am home now and last week bought a new Vespa 300 Racing 60's. Your video was influential in me making a decision to get one. I hope you are enjoying your bike !!!!
If there is one thing the Americans do really well, it's presentation! In the UK the average scooter/bike shop is a pale shadow of the store shown here. Staff are generally surly and defensive (with exceptions) and the bike presentation is tacky. But this store is amazingly classy, clean and shiny! I don't think I've ever seen such a huge, organised scooter/bike store as this one here. You are a very supportive and kind friend. Love your channel.
This video wasn't quite what I expected, I was very surprised when he started signing at the beginning and seeing everyone else sign throughout the video no one really using their voice to communicate and no music edited in made for a very unique viewing experience. Awesome job!
Congratulations!!!! I am so happy for you, Amy! I just got the XMAX after being away from motorcycling for many years. I am getting acquainted with handling a scooter. It's a lot of fun.
I am really happy for Amy, that scooter is awesome! I'm not a big Vespa fan but I know that 300GT is a cold machine! I could actually feel her happiness in the video. Mitch great recording as always.
Every time I watch this video it brings me to tears because you guys have such a passion for your scooters and that she found some thing she truly loves, I love my Vespa so much that I try my best to take good care of it and she has a nickname which I call her the snow wolf because of the white color and the wolf stickers I put on it
Hi Mitch, I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina and I had many Vespas and Piaggios, several Kymco (Like and Xciting 500), some Chinese scooters and Honda Econo Power. I really like your channel. Very grateful to have found it. Have an excellent life and many adventures
Didn't see this earlier! I also got my GTS 300ie this year and absolutely love it. I had a Primavera 150 before this. Congratulations to Amy and wish her fun and happiness with it! Cheers!
Congrats, Amy! I went from a Buddy to a Vespa GTS300 as well. Now I have two 300's, and swap them weekly. Over 40k combined miles. You can tour anywhere in the country on that. Here's to future memories!
This is the most peacefull scooter related video on UA-cam for sure, I don't know exactly why but I really enjoy to see this, one thing, she need gloves for sure, vespas are great I expect she still enjoy it like the first time
i have a gts 300 and my wife primavera 50.with a polini ecu. i am 73 , wife 71. i always watch Mitchs Scooter Stuff he is a great person. always interesting.
Go Amy! Go Mitch! I moved up from a white Buddy 125 to a white Vespa GTS 300ie, too. She's named Clara, as in Clara Bow. LOVE IT! Funny thing is I was recently in Austin on a job and missed my Vespa so much--good to know there's a local dealer for next time.
I never thought I would say this, THE VESPA IS COOL !!!!!!! I loved the video as it was so well done and so happy she got it. I really enjoyed watching and thank you for sharing👍😃
Wow, Vespa heaven. A windscreen is a really good investment. I have a navy 300 with tan seat. Nice to see it on the street. I only see mine when on the top of it.
Vespa 300s area amazing. Unlike any other scooter people just stop you and talk to you and give you room on the road and they really do perform well. What’s not to like. Love the blue colour
Very nice video, the white vespas looks nice. But that bluish with brown leather wow that screams classy, i see myself riding that to church on a sunny Sunday morning with a blazer, some chinos and my vans..pure style
Love your spirit Guys, hope you still riding the Vespa and taking good care of it after all this time and the best part in your video, it was all natural, we could hear the engine and the atmosphere without any ridiculous loud unnecessary music
i don’t know anything about scooters, but for some reason i like to come back to this video? it just makes me happy! who knows, maybe i’ll get into scooters one day.
Love the presentation without voice using hand signals instead! I just bought a 3 year old GTS 300 at S$16,000 (USD11,579). I’ll be collecting on 13/8/2022
I've got the slightly older GTS 300 (also WHITE) which I've reviewed on my channel. Love it, plenty of power & looks ace. I prefer the manual dials though to these modern digital readouts, but that's just personal. Ride Safe.
Amy & Mitch, Great video, we are from Europe (NL by the way), and have a GT250ie and LX50 4T in the garage. The grin on your face when riding was the best! Happy K's doing so!
Congratulations! I would go for the white as well. I’ve ridden motorcycles off and on over the years, But now the scooters are getting my attention. At 6 feet and 200+ pounds I’m thinking one of the 300s might be just the thing.
This video is amazing both in its content and its delicate way of showing us how deaf people see the world. I loved it so much. Definitely hit a soft spot in me :)
+Russell Martin - White ones are also more visible on the road increasing safety and also dents and scratches on the white surfaces are less visible and easier to patch up.
I just picked up a 2009 GTS 300 with about all the accessories the dealership could put on for a great price, it’s been garage stored since 2010 and 234 miles...
I had one of those vespa gts 300s just for the day whilst my bike was being serviced, in the past I've owned mainly sports bikes from a 600cc to a 1000 but when I opened the vespa up I was surprised at how quick it was, nice scooter
I was so happy when I saw her hug the white vespa she made me fill up with emotion Three lovely people. Ride safe and have great times on your ride outs. Please wear gloves for your safety
I am a huge Vespa fan, I have owned several PXs in the past. I will be purchasing a GTS in the summer. I am slowly losing my hearing and currently learing sign (BSL), I didnt expect anyone to sign on this video. For me, one of the attractions of riding a Vespa is the sound they make, that gorgeous whine on acceleration. However, it is clear that it is about the actual ride, she looks so happy. Keep on riding happy. Lots of love from the UK. PS, I would have gone for either red or blue 🤭 But white is nice 👍
Oh this is hands down the best vespa purchase video on youtube. I am already amped to get the GTS300 .... and this makes me want it more!! hehe ... Such a lovely vid! :)
I've been thinking of getting a GTS Super 300 Sport MY18, and learning ASL. So straight up knew I wanted to give you a subscribe. Thanks so much for the video(s)!
Hello! Saw a reference to your channel over at Burgman USA. This is the first vid of yours I’ve seen. I LOVE that you are signing and the background audio is just ambient noise. So different! Absolutely charmed by your style. Perhaps I may even learn something. Thanks for your content. Cheers!
she rides very well if that was the first time on a vespa gt. I have the 125 primavera also in white. I am just under 5 foot 7 and found the primavera a better size for me. During the test in the UK you are supposed to be able to put your feet flat on the ground,
Hey, my friend Amy said she loves it and it runs awesome like new. She is really happy! I used to have a 2007 GTS 250 for 6.5 years... one of best scooter I ever owned!
This is one of the most sweet videos I saw. Pure joy, excitement and positivity. Happy safe riding!!!
Never thought I would enjoy no music no talk video! Feels very different!
I hate most of the noise people add to their videos.

This. The lack of audible speech was extremely pleasant for me.

You guys were adorable!
I was thinking & feeling the exact same thing!! Just randomly clicked on the vid from my UA-cam homepage and, though I don’t know these people and never watched anything from this guy’s channel before, I spent the entire video smiling. Thanks!!!
Same experience for me!
Same here! Want to thank you guys for sharing this happy and cool experience. I'm happy to feel a little of this excitement of yours just by watching the video.
Great video! Makes me want to fly back home to Austin to buy my Vespa! I know it is an old video now, but the excitement is timeless. Cheers!
I’m really happy for Amy, I bought my white GTS300 5 years ago and still love it, watching Amy getting excited brought back memories of picking mine up. Have lots of great times on the beauty👌😀
Wow, my new favourite Vespa video.
I loved that part where he signed "more power!" To Amy.
That so made me smile.

Honestly, that's because they aren't as popular here. it's real niche so dealers have to make them as appealing as possible
America is a dump if your in big citys, 95% is rural, people dont realize that.
Thanks Mitch! It was great watching you and your friends. I love the enthusiasm and excitement. Keep the videos coming please!
😄🙌🏼
Makes me warm inside to see how happy she was on that scooter :) And white is such a nice colour on that scooter. Grats to you
😄🤙🏼
The quietest and most peaceful scooter purchase video on the Internet! I enjoyed it, thanks for sharing.
This video wasn't quite what I expected, I was very surprised when he started signing at the beginning and seeing everyone else sign throughout the video no one really using their voice to communicate and no music edited in made for a very unique viewing experience. Awesome job!
haha thank you! :)
Congrats Amy, love the bike and how happy you and your friends are.
Congratulations!!!! I am so happy for you, Amy!
I just got the XMAX after being away from motorcycling for many years. I am getting acquainted with handling a scooter. It's a lot of fun.
CONGRATZ on your NEW Scooter :)
I am really happy for Amy, that scooter is awesome! I'm not a big Vespa fan but I know that 300GT is a cold machine! I could actually feel her happiness in the video. Mitch great recording as always.
The green Vespa is so gorgeous. Every time I see it I’m in awe.
Big comfy pricey scooter, and beautiful also. It is exactly my wish list, òr a primevera. Would be a nice touring companion.
😄👍🏼👍🏼
I didn’t buy the bike but watching this video made me feel so happy!! Congrats

I too have the 300 in white and love it as well as my r1200gs beemer, As Amy proved they put a huge smile on your face enjoy
Love you guys' enthusiasm. It looks so beautiful in white.

It was touching to see her joy getting this scooter! I hope she enjoys it for many years!
Great video. So much better than all the other videos I see on UA-cam that have sound. She’s like a kid on Xmas morning.
I really like this video, thanks for sharing buddies!
A lovely video. More than the scooter it's the camaraderie that makes one smile.
This Video gave me the final push to go out and get a Vespa. been looking for a while and this made my mind up. thx
How are you digging it?
It's nice to see someone so excited. Vespas are awesome.

Those are some cool friends you've got there Mitch. Glad Amy went with the white one, it's a great looking scooter. Nice use of the karma grip too.
Yeah great people! Yes white looks great on her! Thanks, karma grip is so good!

The grin on your face when riding was the best! Happy K's doing so!
Great video! Thanks for sharing the buying experience. I have a 2012 GTS250ie and I love it
Shouldn't the tread pattern be "V" going forward as it pushes water aside? @ 1:44 This one is inverted. Please enlighten me.
Congratulations! I would go for the white as well. I’ve ridden motorcycles off and on over the years, But now the scooters are getting my attention. At 6 feet and 200+ pounds I’m thinking one of the 300s might be just the thing.
Congrats Amy; I've got the Lx125 same colour as the demo one. Love it & many times prefer taking in out over the Ducati. Congrats & safe riding 🤟
I pressed the like button because of the smiles and Amy getting her Vespa GT300. Hope you post some rides!
I'm sitting here watching your videos instead of riding my Piaggio BV500. I enjoyed seeing everyone's excitement!
Haha that's awesome Mike! Me too!
Wonderful video! I hope Amy has many miles of pleasant riding.
Thank you! Yes she does :)
This video is amazing both in its content and its delicate way of showing us how deaf people see the world. I loved it so much. Definitely hit a soft spot in me :)
Glad those two found each other. Good people.
look at her skill riding the Vespa, see how she is leaning the scooter when turning . . . make me wanna get 1 myself !!
😄👍🏼 She grew up riding a dirt bike when she was a kid... then owned Buddy 125 for 4 years :)
Really nice dealership, I'm glad Amy waited to get the white one she really wanted. Everyone knows the white ones are faster. 😁👌

Yes a New Vespa will make you smile

Looks like lots of fun. I have been wanting to ride one of these. Thanks for sharing
Yeah! You're welcome!
Absolutely beautiful. One of these days, I'll have my very own Vespa...one f these days.
Your white GTS is badass, and so are you, Amy! Ride safe, I hope to get the same model not sure of color, so we can go Vespa'ing!
Whoo! :)
Congratulations amy!! Your Vespa is fantastic!
I have an LXV, picked it up new 6/25/16, and it's got over 4000 miles on it now. I also own a Honda Rebel that I also ride.
Late to the event here certainly. But nicely done, obviously a very happy rider. Great to see someone truly happy with their ride. 👍😁
Love her happy smile!!!!! Have fun, be careful and GOD bless.
😄👍🏼👍🏼
Great video 👍 I got the exact same scooter as Amy on the 1st of march this year! I love it
Thanks and Awesome Peter!
I agree, white looks the best, and it is probably safest! Great choice.
How about an update video of your thoughts after owning it for about a year or so?
Hey, my friend Amy said she loves it and it runs awesome like new. She is really happy! I used to have a 2007 GTS 250 for 6.5 years... one of best scooter I ever owned!
Wish there was a dealership like that around me, looks like Vespa heaven. I have a 2008 250GTSie, Dragon Red, BEST money I ever spent in my life.
I love this video!! She is so excited!! My friend just bought one and wants me to as well, I just might!!
I want to ride with you guys!!
It is nice to see your videos. How about exploring your skills in small bikes. I am thrilled
