Follow us on our tour from Vierumäki Institute around the town of Heinola and back. Beautiful narrow ridges with small ponds on either side. Some fast sections with steep up and downhills. The loop around Heinola was more extreme than the rest of the route. Specially in these wet conditions. Total distance about 60km.
