Love Duffy, her voice is unique and beautiful. Besides "Mercy" I especially like "Stepping Stone" and "Distant Dreamer". Although Duffy has no bad songs......love all her music. She DOES remind one of Dusty Springfield. More Duffy please.

It is so sad what happened to Duffy and what took her out of the spotlight. No one deserves what she went through. We may never get more music but she did leave us with Something Beautiful.

Can't watch this since Peter Kay's misheard lyrics. All I can hear is 'I'm begging you for Bird Seed, Bird Seed'.
On a tangent, good to see a bit of 'Northern Soul' on the dancefloor, all Fred Perry polo shirts and flares! Takes me back in the 90's when I used to go to The Ritz on Whitworth Street in Manchester. It was originally built as a dance hall and had a sprung floor! I just discovered it is still going as The O2 Ritz.
The Hacienda was also exploding at the time and was just down the road, but I wasn't such a fan of the acid house/rave scene, all a bit hectic for me.
Fred Perry Polo Shirts - woo..😁 they were something back then. Everyone wanted one and the flat cap as well - that was the designer name to own at the time, bless 🌹
