Great video. So each user will have to do this process separately to link their google workspace email with GHL? If my agency has 10 users added to GHL, each one has to follow these steps?
Yes correct, each user has their own “my profile”. But if that user doesn’t have to send emails or doesn’t need a calendar synced, then they don’t have to set up their profile.
Hi Jonny, great video, really informative. Question for you. The company that I work for currently have a domain and website that we use but are looking to move it all over to GHL (from kajabi) so when I connect our general website domain to GHL to have our website hosted on GHL. Do I need to connect this email services separately or will that all be done in one go?
Furthermore, does my domain from kajabi automatically disconnect or do I have to do that manually?
Hi Oskar, great question! Email sending domain is separate from website domain. You need to set it up on a sub domain, else it won’t work, I’ve made that mistake myself… :D
You will want to disconnect the domain from Kajabi and delete the DNS records.

A follow up question regarding email services. On your screen when you recorded this at 6:39, I can see an "add services" button right above your "dedicated doamin and IP" button. I don't see that on my sub account so i am unableto manually add e.g. a google mail subdomain as you show in the example above. Do you have any clue why that is the case?
@@OskarArvidsson Yes you can turn that button on/ off on the agency view, do you have access to the agency view or only to the sub account?
great video! thanks! one question, if I use different sub-accounts to send emails, I should do this step which every account and a different email domain? Because the DNS records have to be unique per domain right?
Yes Samuel, each sub account can have their own domain/ sub domain. Are they all the same business or niche? Are they your businesses?
Thanks Jonny, good video! Hey, would you have any idea about why my leads do receive my emails (from my domain name) but the email is empty?! The text is actually here: if you hit Reply, it appears as usual. But when they receive it, it appears empty. I've been looking for a solution with no luck! Thanks in advance

@@JonnyTheNomad Thanks for your response Jonny. I did find where the problem was! That was just that, in my campaign template, the "hide computer device" was on -_- that's it. Arghh. Anyway, problem solved. Thanks for your videos keep going!

Hey! Thanks for the video! Just have one question… can we use the Gmail integration in the profile and use this for 1 on 1 email conversations and at the same time, connect the domain to the email services and used that for email campaigns? Would this have an impact on deliberately? Thanks!
Yes you can and that is the standard setup! Gmail has sending limitations per day, I think it’s around 100-300 emails per day, so you can’t send mass emails with it, but you can with a dedicated domain ;)

I don't have a "My Profile" option on my agency sub account. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong
Hey Neil, you have to log in as a user to see the my profile option, or you have to assign your agency email to the sub account.

Yes that’s the advantage and disadvantage of HighLevel, they are constantly updating the platform and making it better. The basics are still the same though.
