They don't understand the JSA-they are under the impression that they can use S21 and S24 WITHOUT reasonable grounds-the cop even stated 'there's no crime.'
Appears they are clueless on how the sections are to be used as stated in CODE FOR PRACTICE FOR THE EXERCISE OF POWERS IN THE JUSTICE AND SECURITY(NI) ACT 2007
8.4, 8.16, 8.18 and 8.64 are just some examples of where they are at fault, particularly in relation to REASONABLE GROUNDS BEING NECESSARY.
They really are the proverbial tyrants this lot and an embarrassment to the people of NI. Hardly ever seen a man get treated so badly for filming a police station.
Excellent first audit. I expect JSA2007 will be extended to the rest of the UK eventually.

He was making it up as he was going and admitting to it. You could see how broken that cop was, he didn't have any dignity or real self confidence.

Great video surely psni cannot use section 21 of justice act without authorisation from a senior officer.has northern ireland turned into a stop and identify country with no reasonable suspicion of u committing a crime no consideration for the human rights act keep up the good work

Another thing…They search you for not doing anything illegal and find nothing,all because you have a camera!!!! Then they ask you for your name and address after finding nothing!!! Ask them for their names and address also because they have cameras too and see the response you get…And you should be able to give the same reason for not giving you details as they give you for them not giving you theirs

The PSNI don’t play. If CJ hadn’t complied, he’d have been arrested straight away. The cops in NI are hired for their lack of empathy.
Empathy - the ability to understand and share the feelings of another.
Many species have the ability to show “Empathy”, however the same cannae be said about all humans. Humans who are incapable of empathy are often associated with abusing animals. It wouldn’t surprise me to find out law enforcement are 3-4 times more likely to abuse an animal, than a regular member of the public.
It is one of the reasons police are so good about lying to suspects, to manipulate into admitting to something they didn’t do! They have no ability to feel bad about other people.

(a)what he knows about a recent explosion or another recent incident endangering life;
(b)what he knows about a person killed or injured in a recent explosion or incident.
Where was the recent killing, explosion? Or endangered life? Event?
He misused his powers under section 26 of the criminal justice and courts act 2015?
The RUC will never change, the name might, but they won't.

Surely under the justice and security act they have to suspect you of a breach of justice or a threat to security for them to search you or ask for your details

Northern Ireland looks like a hard core communist country. In fact, in communist countries, you know what you must not do, while in such "democracies" as they are in some of the Western countries, you have some rights and in fact, you see that you have no rights.
Wow - Must have been a quiet crime day for so many police to come out for a photographer. Extremely disturbing and confirms the camera saved CJ Audits from further abuse of powers if it was not in his hands.

Don’t get me wrong I do not like the police force. BUT. I also understand why this has happened. Due to a violent past between the uda and ira against the police force they are just making sure they are safe and these videos aren’t going to be used to plot against the police force. The camera man refused to be searched many times which made the police more nervous and in doing so this gives a watchable video. If the cameraman really didn’t want the hassle he would have got it over and done with in two minutes. The police force weren’t in the wrong they just wanted to make sure they didn’t end up being attacked. And to be honest they where quite friendly about it. If someone random was filming your house would u not be nervous.
