We in Serbia have our own version with just pork (or other meats such as beef, boar etc) usually made with vine and served with mashed potato or macaroni but I would not call that original goulash. Goulash is eaten in many countries and all of them have their own twist on it.

calories are the unit to measure energy, you get energy from food and if you dont waste those calories you just consumed it turns into fat
Just to add on, every body has their own 'metabolic rate' depending on someones age, gender, how much someone exercises, etc. Your 'basal metabolic rate' (BMR) is essentially how much calories (energy) your body needs in a day to keep it functioning. Let's say someone's BMR is 1500 calories. Their body can burn 1500 calories in a day. If they eat more than that, it gets stored as fat, hence how weight gain can occur. Hope this helps!
The source of calories is most important than the count. Lots of carbs/starches are low cal, but horrible for fat burning.

I know that's so crazy! They have no boundaries for personal space and obviously don't care about that person. People who go to UA-camrs house is so weird to me. The parents that bring their kids is even worse.
Sometime last year a few youtubers I follow came to Australia for a vacation and some "fans" found out what hotel they were staying in and waited for them in the lobby, the worst part was when they tried to spread rumors on twitter that the youtubers are really assholes in real life and when people found out the real story, those "fans" couldn't understand why what they did was wrong, I honestly don't know what goes through these kids heads but like wow, I feel sorry youtubers
The fact they even know what gulash is warms my heart. As a hungarian my heart just beats so fast when i hear something related to my country/culture. I know David’s from Slovakia (which is really close to Hungary) and his mother is hungarian but sometimes i just forget these facts and when they talk about gulash or when his mother spoke in hungarian one of his videos makes me remember that one of my favorit person is closer than i could expect. I will never forget that and thanks Carly and Erin to bring this up because yall just made my whole month better. Love yall! 💕
