sir , আপনার কথা গুলো শুনলাম, খুব ভালো গাইডলাইন। আমার মা এর বয়স 42 , 2 মাস আগে জরায়ু অপারেশন হয়েছে। অনেক ওষুধ খেয়েছে । গত 4/5 দিন ধরে মনে হচ্ছে বুকের চাপ লাগা মাঝে মাঝে মনে হচ্ছে দম বন্ধ,মাথা ঘুরছে। প্রেসার লো। মা অপারেশন পর এখন ইভালোন ট্যাবলেট খায়। আর মেলাটোনিন টা খাচ্ছে 1 সপ্তাহ , এই জন্যই কি এই সমস্যা হচ্ছে ? নাকি হার্টের সমস্যা ? প্লিজ বলবেন sir। আর অপারেশন পর থেকেই বলে গরম গরম লাগছে।

It is requested to Dr.SMani to run to run a course on HTN and central chest pain, but ,I would say restrosternal chest pain ,as you have nicely explain ed you deserve a lot of THANKS.But, in Easter region only conventional angiography is done ,but ,in the developed world CT Angiography is preferred instead of conventional angiography.But,all the Symptom what you have stated is 💯 percent correct.
Stating kicchu investigation is to elaborated upon in the next vedio.I appreciate your teaching skills and way of presentation.We are very much fortunate enough to listening your lecture and as CVD is the leading cause of death globally and representing about 32 percent of all deaths.and what you have missed ,of course, it is my personal observation that you need to touch upon risk factors that influences the progression of heart ailments.
