I love where I work because...

University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust and Weston Area Health NHS Trust plan to merge as one organisation on 1 April. This is an exciting opportunity to take everything that’s good about Weston and good about Bristol to create a new organisation with a greater purpose, which is seen as a beacon for outstanding education, innovation and research.
With this in mind, we asked staff from each Trust to write down what they love most about working for their organisation, and then we got colleagues from the other Trust to share these with us.
Once we become one Trust we’ll have a workforce of over 13,000 people, all working to provide outstanding care for our patients by sharing best practice, skills and knowledge.
