Ok… I have to ask… why wouldn’t cigar smokers and pipe smokers get along? I don’t get it. Am I missing something obvious? I’m mostly a pipe smoker, but still smoke the occasional cigar. I love both. Anyway, I love your videos and have learned a great deal. Thanks!
Well , this just proves that if cigar smokers and pipe smokers can get along, than Pepsi drinkers and Coca- Cola drinkers should be able to stop the senseless hatred for one another.
Yeah I live in western Pennsylvania and I actually haven't met a pipe smoker at my local cigar shop but they sell pipes and pipe tobacco ik some ppl there smoke both and I haven't heard of them not getting along
Because of your "vocal vallium" style of vids Mutton,I learned to enjoy pipes first AND cigars...Feels like pipe smoking(my first smoking choice a from years ago) greatly helped me develop my palate,and makes it easier to appreciate and thoroughly enjoy the tobacco arts...Keep em comin bud,great stuff from wayyy back! 👍🏿👍🏿✌🏿
I'm 58 live on the Mississippi gulf coast,fish alot. I just started smoking a pipe about 2 months ago, just learning. Never smoked anything before. Thank you for teaching me the right way..

I'm from Minnesota, Golden Leaf tobacco was my favorite cigar shop, and was the place I bought my first pipe, they had some great house blends. Sounds like he was able to bring the same vibe to this shop. Golden Leaf felt more like a club than a store.
The man, the myth and the legend has been in town. Wow! Been to this place a couple times, I work in Lakewood. Will have to stop back in now that its Muttn-approved.

These videos are fantastic! As a new pipe smoker with estate (my grandfather's) pipes, your channel is fantastic! I just wish here in Canada we could have the nice tins you do - here they have to be a drab olive gray with black typed writing of the maker and blend, and covered in "it will kill you" stickers. Shame. But it's nice! My favourite tobacco to smoke is Legend Aurora Borealis by Kohlhase & Kopp, Germany brought in through Brigham Enterprises. Happy Piping folks!

Question from a new pipe smoker... I've been trying different aromatic blends, I was curious if a blend such as vanilla for example doesn't have as much flavor as I like can I put a couple drops of vanilla extract in the jar to enhance the flavor or would that ruin the tobacco?
I wish there was a more knowledgeable tobacconist in my area. There is a shop that sells pipe tobacco but it’s mainly a cigarette store. They are nice enough but nobody knows anything about tobacco. There is even a cigar specialty shop and they carry some tins but I asked a question about Latakia cigars and if they existed. The guy did not know what Latakia was and couldn’t help me. I know it might have been a silly question but that’s why there are tobacco specialists right? Good stuff mr chop.

Yeah I don’t get it either. I do both and love both. Colder months I smoke the pipes the most, warmer months I favor cigars.
