This is a compelling video - watching you selling farm produce at the Highland market. I am not at all surprised that the young, tender and freshly harvested sweetcorn sold so well. They look healthy and delicious.
I was fascinated to see you have an abundance of treasures, such as ginseng growing wild in your forest.
This was the first time I have seen a fresh ginseng root, which I believe is a highly regarded herbal supplement used by most people for its antioxidant, anti-glycemic and anti-inflammatory therapeutic effects. You have a gem of a plant there and you were very wise to re-plant a couple to preserve future stock - excellent foresight!
As usual, it was very thoughtful of you to bring back a bowl of pork and mushroom rice noodles for Mic. While he was savouring his treat, you were eating a segment of pomelo. I hope you gave yourself a treat of lunch at the market before returning home.
