Ash Era I would call it a dance number. A while since I did dance (not tap though), but I would call it a number seeing everything is so choreographed and precise with some old school. Hope this helped.

They're really in sync but sometimes it bothers me because the tap beat of the dance does not go well with the music beat

They often seemed to be off the beat of the song, or maybe it's just me. A lot of times it seemed like they could have been dancing to any music as it just didn't match.

RaeneWasHere Singapore yes. But not every contestant on this show is Singaporian. Asia is a big place.
Singapore's first language is malay but these girls are from Secondary and Primary school,where they speak english fluently.Most Singaporeans can speak good English
