گنگا چوٹی آزاد کشمیر کا ایک اونچا پہاڑ ہے جو پیر پنجال سلسلہ کا حصہ ہے۔ یہ 9,989 فٹ بلند اور بہت خوبصورت ہے۔ حال ہی میں، وہاں 14 فروری سے 16 فروری تک سرمائی کھیلوں کا میلہ منعقد ہوا۔ پاک فوج نے کھیل، آثار قدیمہ اور سیاحت کے محکمے کے ساتھ مل کر تقریب کا انعقاد کیا:
لوگ اسلام آباد سے گنگا چھوٹی کا سفر کرتے تھے۔ یہ باغ کے راستے تقریباً 160 کلومیٹر یا مظفر آباد کے راستے 185 کلومیٹر ہے۔ یہ سفر خوبصورت پہاڑی نظارے پیش کرتا ہے۔ فیسٹیول:
اس میلے میں باغ، وادی نیلم اور چترال جیسے مختلف مقامات سے 36 کھلاڑیوں نے شرکت کی۔ باغ کی چھ خواتین ایتھلیٹس نے پہلی بار اپنی اسکیئنگ کی مہارت کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے شمولیت اختیار کی۔کھیل:
اسکیئنگ: ایتھلیٹ اپنے پیروں پر لمبے، چپٹے بورڈز کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے برفیلی پہاڑیوں سے آسانی سے نیچے کھسک گئے۔ وہ مہارت اور کنٹرول کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے برف کے ذریعے احتیاط سے چلے گئے۔
کراٹے: کراٹے کے ماسٹرز نے مضبوط ہٹ اور درست چالوں کے ساتھ اپنی مہارت کا مظاہرہ کیا۔ انہوں نے برفانی ماحول میں نظم و ضبط اور توجہ کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے مارشل آرٹس کی خوبصورتی کا مظاہرہ کیا۔
سنو بورڈنگ: سنو بورڈرز نے برفانی پہاڑیوں سے نیچے جاتے ہوئے کشش ثقل کو ٹالتے ہوئے بہادرانہ چالیں اور چالیں چلائیں۔ ان کی بے باک کاوشوں نے حاضرین کو حیران کر دیا۔
سیک ریس اور ٹگ آف وار: لوگوں نے تفریحی ریس اور کھینچنے کے مقابلوں کا انعقاد کیا۔ انہوں نے بوری کی دوڑ کے لیے بڑی بوریوں میں چھلانگ لگائی اور جنگ کے لیے رسی کھینچی۔ انہوں نے دکھایا کہ وہ پرانے زمانے کے ان کھیلوں کو جیتنے کے لیے کتنی مضبوط اور اچھی طرح سے مل کر کام کر سکتے ہیں۔
تلواروں کی لڑائی: تلواروں نے تلواروں سے اپنی صلاحیت اور درستگی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے اپنے علاقے کی ثقافت کا جشن منایا۔ انہوں نے برفیلی زمین پر اپنی لڑنے کی صلاحیتوں کا مظاہرہ کیا، جس سے میلے کو روایتی اور دلچسپ محسوس ہوا۔
ثقافتی شو:
کھیلوں کے بعد، مقامی موسیقی اور رقص کے ساتھ ایک شو تھا. کشمیری ثقافت کے بارے میں جاننے کا یہ ایک اچھا طریقہ تھا۔
گنگا چھوٹی میں سرمائی کھیلوں کے میلے میں کھیل، ثقافت اور تفریح تھا، جو آزاد کشمیر کے برفیلے پہاڑوں میں سب کو اکٹھا کر رہا تھا۔
Ganga Choti is a Tall mountain in Azad Kashmir, part of the Pir Panjal Range. It's 9,989ft high and very beautiful. Recently, there was a Winter Sports Festival there from Feb 14 to Feb 16. The Pakistan Army, along with the Sports, Archaeology, and Tourism Department, organized the event Getting There:
People traveled from Islamabad to Ganga Choti. It's about 160 kilometers via Bagh or 185 kilometers via Muzaffarabad. The journey offers beautiful mountain views.The Festival:
The festival had 36 athletes from different places like Bagh, Neelum Valley, and Chitral. Six female athletes from Bagh joined for the first time, showing their skiing skills.Sports:
Skiing: Athletes slid down snowy hills smoothly, using long, flat boards on their feet. They moved carefully through the snow, showing skill and control.
Karate: Masters of karate showed off their skills with strong hits and exact moves. They showed discipline and focus in the snowy setting, displaying the beauty of martial arts.
Snowboarding: Snowboarders did brave tricks and moves, defying gravity as they went down snowy hills. Their fearless efforts amazed the audience.
Sack Race and Tug of War: People had fun races and pulling competitions. They jumped in big sacks for the sack race and pulled on a rope for tug of war. They showed how strong and well they could work together to win these old-fashioned games.
Sword fighting: Swordsmen celebrated the culture of their area by showing off their ability and precision with swords. They demonstrated their fighting abilities on the snowy ground, making the festival feel traditional and exciting.
Cultural Show:
After the sports, there was a show with local music and dancing. It was a nice way to learn about Kashmiri culture.
The Winter Sports Festival at Ganga Choti had sports, culture, and fun, bringing everyone together in the snowy mountains of Azad Kashmir
