Miraak has different versions indeed. He also wears the same gear but with different enchantments on it. 5:20 as far as I know, Apocrypha is a worldspace the same way Tamriel is, where all the cells exist together in the same world. Cells are relatively small with "outdoor" worldspaces, so the "map" where you appear the first time reading the book is a different cell than the one where the final fight takes place, but you moving to the tower from that place still took you to the final fight cell, because the final fight cell is close enough to be visible, since they're in the same worldspace. So basically, the place where the final fight takes place is accessible by reading that first book and no-clipping, because it's a different cell in the same worldspace close by. Does that make sense?
Yeah, happened to me too, bro. MF took all my dragon souls, so I couldn't progress the story. He was way too powerful at that stage, so I had to defeat him Dark Souls style, rage and get good. Hated this guy.
4:39 Interesting the mask of cutscene-Miraak has the effects of the Dukaan-mask (50% frost resistence and x25% frost damage) not the effect of the actual Miraak mask (+40-70 points of magicka), but the Mask you get from the Miraak-clone on the tower has the normal enchantment (you can briefly see the effects at 6:54 ). Also the armorrating of both versions is way higher than it's supposed to be 56 points instead of it's usual 23-27 points.

When I first saw the title, I thought "this kinda like swanky box for non-Nintendo games" and then I clicked on the video and realized that this literally is swanky box
No no. We also learnt that if you break the game in the middle of scripted, animated cutscenes, it can make it pretty glitchy. (Checks UA-cam comments) Ok some of us learnt that. Not all apparently.
I had a more dialogue for Serana mod and when I reached the first book I waited to see if she was going to say anything looking back and forth between her and the book, after about a minute or so I decided she had nothing to say, but as soon as I picked it up she entered dialogue with me and broke the cutscene of me getting sucked into the book and appearing in Apocrypha with Miraak, so when Miraak started talking I started stabbing.
Hilariously, I had Better Vampires mod on, and a group of vampires spawned behind me during the cutscene as it was nighttime, causing all of the enemies to attack them, and the dragon got stuck in the floor, arse-up. I had to open console and "recycleactor" to have Miraak mount the dragon as normal. The Seekers will stop attacking you eventually, no matter how long it takes, you're scripted to leave once Miraak isn't visible anymore.
I think the reason that he is on the tower and at the first black book spot is because that miraak is linked to a different black book which means that it probably has its own id
It's interesting that his namesake helm you loot early is the pre-release copy wherein it boosts frost resistance on top of increasing magicka, before it was changed to only provide a magicka bonus. That one is much more interesting than the one you acquire in the story.
The first time I played this the cutscenes bugged out and miraak stood with his back facing me and I could move. So I thought that I had to sneak up behind him and try to stab him to trigger the next part. So when I tried to kill him and nothing happened that's when I realized there was no sound and it must of crashed which it did because the next second the game completely stopped and I had to turn off my PS3.
I wish I could do this on the PS5 SE/AE version. I'm often stuck when fighting Miraak, unless I remember NOT to equip my most over-powered Dragonbone weapons.
Lmaoo this current playthrough I'm playing I literally went to solstien immediately, as soon as my player was free to travel and I completed the bleak fall narrows and dragon mission I went to solstien (rest in peace all the different variants of my character that died until I hit level 20 and could actually fight the *ash hoppers* ) and ended up beating mirak first thing (which actually made his gear absolutely garbage. All the spell and shout absorption stats only went up to 10-15 % and that was about it). But I will say it was satisfying going to the grey beards for my "initial training" when I literally just beat the *first dragonborn who was basically a god in himself* like yea sure give me training you old goats. WHAT CAN YOU TEACH ME THAT I DON'T ALREADY KNOW😂
So here's the thing, there was always 2 Miraak's, the weaker version who tells u everything and would send u back to the reality and the one in Apocrypha who would steal ur powers as Dragonborn to reek havock on both places solstine and Skyrim, they used a weaker version once cause they want the battle to last a life time (which is 2 hours) the Dragons were supposed to be in the fight on the second visit cause Miraak stole them from Skyrim in his less figured form, thus making the fight more challenging if u strike him 1st the dragons (even urs) start helping him, making the fight a true life time (3 days) trust me I found this out on accident cause I thought it was like the final boss fight in DKC (Donkey Kong Country) where the boss never says anything.
The scripts for the final fight aren't working, hence the friendly tower Miraak. Since the quest of the Miraak fight isn't active yet, you get that. If the final quest and the final fight's "stage" is active, he'd aggro.
You should break Metroid prime 2 by going in the last portal you come out of in the game!!! Normally it’s too high to jump to, but it’s always activated and leads to the last boss of the game.
@@adamgray1753 Same here, want to know so bad. I’m guessing the portal is just inactive and if you step into it nothing happens since it’s just a graphic, but if it actually works it could be the biggest speed run finding in all of prime 2

You wouldn't need 200 mods installed to enjoy a "masterpiece". The unmoded vanilla game is a steamy pile of shit.
@@arezkipodcastkabyle2674 You don't need 200 mods installed to enjoy Skyrim tho. people who played on launch day didnt have any mods and had a blast playing it. there really is no limit of shitting on bethesda lmao.
@@arezkipodcastkabyle2674 hi yes i play the unmodded game(with the 3 dlc’s) and get back into it once every few months
@@arezkipodcastkabyle2674hard disagree. I've got 1100 hours in the game and only something like 20 mods, none of them big, and I still enjoy the vanilla Skyrim stuff.
Plus look at the reviews and sales stats when it was released. They speak for themselves.
Obsidian would've let us bop miraak to death the second we first meet him.
When I first saw the title, I thought "this kinda like swanky box for non-Nintendo games" and then I clicked on the video and realized that this literally is swanky box
TL;DW: nothing. he's essential until the encounter you're supposed to kill him in.
THAT'S IT, THAT'S THE VIDEO.
No no. We also learnt that if you break the game in the middle of scripted, animated cutscenes, it can make it pretty glitchy.
(Checks UA-cam comments)
Ok some of us learnt that. Not all apparently.
With my new ebony arrows of slaying *fires a basic glass arrow*
Umm I just destroyed him TODAY and I get this video in my feed....
Really shocked to see there's another Miraak. He must have a hocrux
What's funny, is that if you kill miraak to fast, the quest breaks and soft locks you there on the tower.
I guess miraak are the friends we made along the way
This question is kinda dumb..but dont you have another UA-cam channel that does pokemon challenges?
RPG MC: I have completed all of the side quests and have grind my way to the highest level. No one can defeat me!!!
Cut scene: Yes, but actually no.
I love this. I like the energy and narration is grand. Gonna sub and bell 🛎
I think the reason that he is on the tower and at the first black book spot is because that miraak is linked to a different black book which means that it probably has its own id
And now imagine games in the future where this is possible...
I have seen videos where the use the Thu um to control dragons and they have saved miraak, idk if that is a mod
It's a mod. All you get is the option to summon him rather than reset skill trees. Not worth it IMO
Great new stuff HS 🙌😌
Maybe the true Miraak are the friends we made along the way.
Maybe the miraak down below was some random guy that the real miraak controlled through the bend will shout or something
at 7:16 he didnt desintegrate he is falling in the back
reminds me of my days killing ulfric stormcloak the moment i meet him
So that's why there are several sets of Mirak armor and weapons in the coc qasmoke room
4:42 i finally know what miraak looks like
I wish I could do this on the PS5 SE/AE version. I'm often stuck when fighting Miraak, unless I remember NOT to equip my most over-powered Dragonbone weapons.
Skyrim the best game ever made brilliant music excellent storyline absolutely outstanding still playing twelve years later just amazing xx
WHAT CAN YOU TEACH ME THAT I DON'T ALREADY KNOW😂
man screw ash hoppers.
@@mrhalfwit972 honestly, the fuckers are vicious
Mirrak: Ahh Dragonborn. I have been hoping to confront you and destroy you! But alas the plot says we cannot yet fight! See you in 5-10 hours.
You killed Miraak before reaching level 60? Congratulations, you just screwed yourself out of a max level sword.
Imagine if the second you saw Miraak you straight up fuckin tackled his ass. He wouldn’t know how to react probably.
Maybe this video should be titled “how many ways can you break Skyrim?“
Also if you use the potion glitch to create op weapons, when you attack him he soft locks because the dragons only give him a set amount of health
I have wondered about that for years myself. This would make for an intriguing Sequence Break video.
@@adamgray1753 Same here, want to know so bad. I’m guessing the portal is just inactive and if you step into it nothing happens since it’s just a graphic, but if it actually works it could be the biggest speed run finding in all of prime 2
lol he says u have no idea about dragon born powers but he died a second later
I remember my fight with this guy. I used that imperious curse tight deal that comes with phenderix. He just stood there watching the dragons fight come up and when they both eventually died and their skeletons somehow landed in a very sexual position (yes I have screens), I killed him.
Nothing like two dragon skeletons going at it 💦
