click on your profile pic on the top right corner, then choose settings, there should be an channel overview page you end up on and next to your profile pic should give you the option to edit your youtube name that says "edit on google"
my bad, its actually go to settings. then click on features and statutes, scroll down to the bar on the left till you come across customization options then basic info and change your yt name to whatever you want instead of what it is rn. it'll give you the option to change either your yt name or handle.
