I just have a feeling that Prashant could not handle the smoothness of the board. Maybe his natural grip generates more power than what was required on this surface. Whereas Dive’s grip is more relaxed and not as stiff. I think Dive adjusted to the surface from the beginning of the match and PM just could not. I think that’s what prompted him to change the stricker also half way through the match. Anyways great show by both players! Specially Dive was unstoppable! Thanks for posting!
