Spookyjboots Turn the music all the way down. And go to Fontaine Futuristics, and listen. In Bioshock 1 its random, so I can't give you an exact location. I've had it happen at the Medical Pavilion, and at Poseidon Plaza.
GRDN-C-6: "That is loud. Wow~" [sarcasm of his tone while cringing from the sound of the Songbird] GRDN-PK/GRDNs: [shrugged] "Omnigul's *worse."* GRDN-C-6: "So are the *Deathsingers!"* [exclaims comically] GRDN-PK/GRDNs: "Yes, indeed." [bluntly nods in agreement]
Oh, well in that case there is no irony. If it was pronounced Beakman it would be ironic, birds have beaks and your avatar is a bird's head. Well I learned something about Dutch names at least.
The scenes with the Songbird are a yell or screech, this is a cry or something.. :P Are you saying it's in the background or something? I'M SO CLUELESS!!
How is it ironic? My real last name is Beekman. :) It's a dutch surname, and it isn't pronounced as 'Beakman'. :P It's more something along the lines of Baykman. :)
+M. Reha ERMETİN Well, they 'bonded' him with Elizabeth (if we assume that Songbird is male), which is an animal process rather than a mechanical one. However, the designs for him were drafted by Fink off of the ones Suchong gave him for the Big Daddy. Since the Big Daddies are people who've been bonded to the metallic suit to serve as a sort of "host" (most accurate term I can find, since they serve little purpose except to be used). Another thing to note is that there's a graph positioning a Songbird-like figure in the center, split in half to reveal a human serving as the other portion of the illustration. If you've played Burial at Sea (episode 2), you should've seen it. A theory I've seen and find quite interesting is that they've been taking Bookers from other tears and putting them in Songbird to bond them easier. That's why he was cringing and injured when Elizabeth found him, since he was still in the beginning stages of tear transferring. "The mind of the subject desperately struggles to create memories where none exist." Then he sees Elizabeth, and somehow recognizes his own flesh and blood. Yes/no? Thoughts?
@@xxmoonlight_firexxgaming5581 No. Look all around the subject, there are dogs. Even at some point Suchong asked a boy to "break a dog's neck." Suchong experimented on dogs and inside the songbird there's a dog.
Songbird was just calling for Elizabeth ☹️he just wanted to protect her, it’s all he knew 😭
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
This at 50% speed, dear god it's unholy to listen to. :D

All my English friends pronounce it as 'Beakman', so I suppose it still holds up. Nice coincidence. ;)
There is no way to imitate that screech!
Yeah, Songbird's scream is in Bioshock 1 too!
+trcsonic Bioshock 2 as well. In Bioshock 2 it takes place at Fontaine Futuristics.

And 'Beek' in Dutch is translated as 'stream' to English. :)
Ironic your username is Beekman. Or was that planned?
Do you have the sound when Songbird's eye switches from Red/Yellow/Orange (Hostile) to Green? (Friendly)

Someone has the scream of songbird but.... only for 3 or 4 seconds?

Yes/no? Thoughts?
Burial At Sea part 2 you will see a video about the Songbird and you will quickly notice that it's an AI
Could be multiple people, or it could be someone like alex the great from bioshock 2
