The BIGGEST COMPLAINT from our family and friends! 1. No entrance for late comes and overflow area? 2. Parents and others seating area "TOO FAR" from Graduates! UNBELIEVABLE! Parents and family should have been where graduated were seated! And Graduates should have been seated on the right and left a couple of feet away from the stage! UNBELIEVABLE! The Graduated could NOT hear their parents cheers! And the parents couldn't hear the graduates! 3. Name call NOT in any kind of order, parents, everyone confused about who comes next? 4. Platform for Graduates was "TOO LOW!" Stage should have been taller, at least 2 more feet! Parents and others had their view of graduates blocked many times by those wondering about in front of the graduate stage! (Where NO ONE was allowed to be?) "UNBELIEVABLE!" The WORST Graduate set up I have ever experienced! It took the parents and graduates 20-30mins to find each other! I was NOT the only family that experienced this in competence of staff! We asked staff where the graduates would be coming from, they gave us the location and THEY WERE NOT THERE! The graduates came out of an other area! WORST! EVER!
Trying to sit friends and family next to your graduating child would have been impossible . The students were given a flash card that listed row and number , I arrive about 30 minutes early and the benches were already full . I happen to sit close to his row by luck . Either way , I do agree that it was a bit too long . I couldn’t hear all the speeches very clear anyways because some students didn’t step up closer to the microphone and the crowd was loud . I didn’t hear my sons name being called due to some roudy people in my section , wish they wouldn’t call the next name until the cheering has stopped for the previous name being called . So I tried to catch on this video and of course I hear his name but it cut off the part where he walks up to be handed the diploma , so I was kind of bumped out . At the end of the day , I am just grateful he graduated and that’s all that matters at the end. I was able to congratulate him once I found him already taking picts with friends and take more pictures 😊
