One of the things I love about Elvis is that he sounds good in all of the various settings - whether a capella, stripped down with only one or two instruments, or with a full band or orchestra. Doesn't matter. He always sounds phenomenal. And it doesn't matter what genre of music, either. Back when I drove to commute to work I would always put on the Elvis channel on satellite radio because it was the only station where I knew they would never play a song that would make me want to change the channel.
I've always loved Elvis. Never heard him sing this with a full orchestra behind him before. Thanks for reacting. Dan Vasc did a cover of this song (not with an orchestra, of course), but you should check it out.
Nice reaction from you. I'm not such a big Elvis fan, but there are 2 Elvis covers by Dan that I really like. One is “an American Trilogy”, (which Dan recorded as a tribute to his father, who loved Elvis and had passed away a few days earlier). It is very emotional. The second is “Love me Tender” and also sounds very good. I don't think you've done either of them yet and I'd be delighted if you did something by Dan again. Thank you very much for your reaction.
@@TheAnnestube Oh, thank you. I always look at which covers Play Again has already done, but I overlooked “An American Trilogy”. I'll have another look right away.
Maybe you should do comparisons of the original with the R P O ELvis 's voice is the same but I personally feel that the whole feel of the song changes

He has reacted to Dan's American Trilogy, but not his version of Love me tender.
I hope he will, especially after this.

❤
The orchestra is Beautiful, but I prefer to hear Elvis and his band. To me, the orchestra covers the beauty of Elvis’ voice.

After this you simply HAVE TO do a reaction to Dan Vasc's cover of this song
