Are you deaf? He did not do a pick me dance. He gave her a choice and to decide by the next day. She made her choice and he said fine. Not once did he ever beg her to choose him or to stay. Shortly before we broke up she had started dieting and going to the gym and lost a lot of weight and looked the best she ever had. It swelled her head and her ego got out of control and she started saying things like “you’re lucky to be with me“ and acting like she thought she was a hot girl. She bumped her self up from five to a six or maybe a seven, but she was still beneath my league. And as annoying as the low self-esteem was, I quickly discovered that the arrogance of the transformation was more annoying. We broke up because we were never a permanent match anyway, so I didn’t get cheated on, but I did learn to try and avoid the low self-esteem.
