    I have read a few articles about Kabbala; all have a scary side. I am afraid that you guys put a lot of attention to the "method" and very little attention to God.

      The method is the way you get to God. Remembering that there is nothing else but Him.

      There is nothing to fear in authentic Kaballah. There is nothing real but god. Nothing unreal can hurt you. Thus lies the peace of god.

      Kabbalah is a science. Ofcourse it's heavy on method because it's 100% practical and logical. There's no grey area, it's precise and works like a map or guide for people who question the meaning of existence and the purpose of reality. Like all sciences it requires patience, effort, an environment, students, books and a Rav.
