This past Friday on SmackDown, one of the most controversial sequences in WWE history took place. Just when we believed we were getting Cody Rhodes making his decision for WrestleMania, we got something entirely different. One of the biggest swerves I've seen in a long time! He’s def not a workhorse but bro does work less yet succeeds more than him which is kinda sad. And on top of that, the WHC was already tame but Roman not only mocks that title, but also the entire promo makes that title look even more of a Loser championship more than ever lmao

It's true that it lacks aura of the previous one as well as the legendary big golt belt. Still, Seth has been doing his best to elevate the championship. Not to mention, he didn't need his housemaids to help him retain it. Meanwhile, tell me anything special about Roman Reigns' recent championship defense. His matches easily became among the most predictable. Tell me the last time he actually brutilized his opponents & retained his gold WITHOUT outside interfere bullsh!t.

First of all of these problems could’ve been avoided if Rock won the Rumble instead. Secondly I know way they did it wasn’t the best but people need to realize this match is truly once in a lifetime and that fact Roman gets to add Rock as one of the guys he defeated within this title reign is going to be legendary. Appreciate it Cody vs Roman could easily happen at Summer Slam

Now we know the Rock hijacked the Wrestlemania Main Event for himself, apparently the match was set to happen as of January 3rd but they forgot to tell the one person who should absolutley know about this. It was kept as a big secret and apart of The Rock's deal to join the board but hey let's not tell Triple H so he has time to change creative plans BEFORE the Rumble but nah, let's let him book everything the way he is then tell him AFTER the Royal Rumble and destroy all of his creative plans in a whim.

If we listen to what Cody truly said, he would rather take everything away from Roman before facing him again. Cody lost at WM39 because of help from the entire Bloodline, so this means he wants Rock to finish the Bloodline storyline and get rid of everything that is the Bloodline. This will lead for the Bloodline to finally split and expose Roman’s true weaknesses until Cody comes back and challenges Roman when he is at his lowest. Yes, this is very disappointing and #WeWantCody, but his story can’t be finished if a bigger story is in the way.
If I was booker rock should of come entry number 31 in rumble, win, post rumble promo face or heel, he should say his the tko owner he can do this etc.

It's pretty damning how WWE with this booking essentially ruined two of the greatest matches they can have in recent history aka Roman vs rock and roman vs cody II (unless they swerve on this somehow)
People hated this decision. U can have Rock vs Roman. But that could've been the backlash match imagine that. The bloodline coming to help Roman interfering again and the Rock comes out to save the day putting his lil cousins in their place setting up a match for backlash??? That's the only reason why Rock and Roman is happening, because if CM Punk didn't get hurt. Cody would've chosen Roman, which is what was supposed to happen.
