Bit of a different event from what you lads are used to, but you should see if you can hook up with any of the NZJBRRA guys whilst you're here for a look. They run the marathon river racing events for jet boats here in NZ, some of the ones in the unlimited class run on a gas turbine engines. Depending on the river, they can run average speeds of well over 100km/hr on 40km+ length stages.

Yes it’s Engeler mechanical injection. The light is a low oil pressure light. It was pretty warm and at idle it came on & Ron shut it down. We added another quart to the tank and issue resolved.
Dont get me wrong. here, I love his Evel Knievel uniforms ., I grinned so hard when I saw them that my jaw squeaked BUT ..if I had a sleek black boat like that which also had the profile look of of early 60s unapologetic American Iron tail;ins and bold bright rd orange stripes I can 99 and 44/100 % guarantee you one thing. I would be wearing an Adam West racing suit and my navigator would have either a Burt Ward suit or a Julie Newmar suit depending upon navigator preferences
How does the turning power compare with something like a Formula 1 car? I mean no car could turn that quickly and that responsively. How many lateral Gs does the boat manage in those sharp turns? We can see that boat changes direction as near as damn it instantly, but is it still sliding sideways, or does it grip? It's all quite extraordinary. For what it is worth, I have two experiences in Jet boats, both on the Dart river. One was coming off the Rees Dart track which is one of the most exciting things I have ever done. The second was also on the Dart river in the same boat, but was their wilderness adventure thing and nowhere near as exciting.
You are doing great on the censorship thing. But, may I suggest a farm animal, or a circus sound? Or, just lower the horn beep volume. I know I'm being hyper critical at this point. But, I'm just seeing what works for other channels I follow. I would love everyone to be uncensored. But, family friendly is what is promoted most. I'm still all in. Thanks for another awesome video!

Both for trials and when racing, what is the job of the passenger?
For trials it’s more geared towards watching engine gauges, oil press, temps etc. racing it’s helping navigate the course
