The idea that Sidious would masquerade as Yoda, taking advantage of the fact that no, Luke would not have had any idea what either Yoda or Sidious looked like, is a really cool and inventive idea.
My favorite part here is when Luke removes Anakin's helmet, and Anakin smiles at him, Luke thanks him for showing him the way, and Anakin in return, with his dying breath, thanks Luke for saving him. It's much like his (Anakin's) end in ROTJ, where he tells Luke he's already saved him, with one final smile, a scene that always brings me to tears for Anakin.
Obi-Wan probably just standing there watching instead of helping Yoda out... That's one thing I don't like about the force ghost lore they don't do shit 😂
I loved how this end poetically where Luke and Vader basically switched roles in the battle with Sidious. I would love to see how a Sith Leia story would go as I believe she could be redeemed too, though it may take harder time and a lot more convincing given Luke is the lighter twin.
They did that in an infinities comic. Basically Leia gets captured on Yavin 4 after DS destruction. She learns about the Force and has a natural connection to the Dark Side focusing on her hate for Palpatine for ordering the destruction of her homeworld. Sue then took out her hatred on the Rebellion for making the empire do it, and Luke for not sharing his power with her. When she and Luke fight, he’s the better duelist but she has greater powers.
On a extreme powerful sark side nexus planet, Yoda would be dead the instant Sidious found him, and that would likely be moments after Palpatine landed as the planet would be screaming to him where yoda is.
I think that, as I once saw in another video, Sidious would not have bothered to seek out to kill Yoda; he would have regarded Yoda as a failure and insignificant now, and would have particularly enjoyed the thought that because of him, Yoda was out there suffering and dwelling on his failure, living with the loss of the Jedi under Yoda's care, and knowing there was nothing he could do now to stop Sidious.
That may have been my video actually haha. I made one on exactly that. And yes, Sidious didn’t really care. But in this scenario, I wanted him to go for the What If scenario
Awesome story thank you! Really liked this one! I greatly enjoy all these re-writes you do. There are other youtubers who do star wars re-writes but yours are the absolute best!
What if Yoda had died before Luke came to Dagobah? What if Yoda still had his lightsaber and trained Luke to use his properly? Then his battle with Vader would’ve been more intense.
If that is at the time hoth happend then sidious is also around 15,16,17 years older..or more...and as powerfull he is..cant believe a Sith can hear a Jedi force ghost talking....but the Story is awesome and sad!!👏👌...i know there is still good in you..👍..Well DONE🙏
I think this is the saddest fanfics of all time no really yoda dying because of sidous was really not supposed to be his death it feels so sad that a Jedi master like yoda dies plus Luke was so manipulated thinking sidous was yoda it hurts deep down man it hurts it’s like you saying god is the devil it hurts oh my gosh it hurts (Please pin for all to See)
I love the touching moments between Luke and the redeemed Anakin and how Luke finally got the opportunity to learn from Obi-Wan, Yoda and his father. I do have one question, though: wouldn't Luke have gotten at least a bit suspicious at the sight of Palpatine wielding a red lightsaber because he previously saw Vader use that same color?
during the story told he actuallyy mentions how neither sidious nor yoda lit their lightsabers because yoda had thrown his away and sidious simply had no need of one...its also common knowledge at this point that sidious hated lightsabers. during lukes training sidious nevver once lit his saber because he didnt have one with him :) he didnt need it.
Part 2?????? I would be very keen to see that happening eventually. Perhaps with a jedi long thought lost/dead on a far off world in the last year's of life able to advise and guide young luke skywalker in the true ways of the force free from ridged jedi dogma and hate fuelled sith ideology. A way true to the will of the force. Maintaining the balance so that life may flourish in the galaxy. Kind regards from Daniel Harman.
Tou know i always wonder does force lighting work like regular lighting and would he get messed up if hit by water or was in water? I just thought about that since seeing him in the swamp like that.
No doubt that Yoda at this time could not beat Sidious, especially not on Dagobah. Yoda was almost dead anyway and Dagobah isn't a good environment for Jedi.
Why does everybody have Sidious kill Yoda in their make believe stories.? How about have Yoda kill Sidious like he should. Dark doesn't win over light. Evil doesn't win over good. The story would have been just as good if Yoda killed Sidious and trained Luke. Then Luke went on to fight Vadar only to have the fight stopped win he finds out Vadar is his father. Luke still turns Vadar back to the light. Then they can start a new Jedi order together.
The idea that Sidious would masquerade as Yoda, taking advantage of the fact that no, Luke would not have had any idea what either Yoda or Sidious looked like, is a really cool and inventive idea.
Palpatine pretending to be Yoda and actually acting as a Jedi master for a short time is so funny to me.
I like the flip where Vader chose the path of redemption for himself in order to reach & redeem his son Luke.
Yes I love doing parallels to the movies like that
What if the Jedi joined the Separatists? Maybe Obi Wan activated his comlink before he was captured on Geonosis.
They would hear Dooku talk about the republic being under sith control...and would become skeptical of there place.
it would be even easier for palps. because the jedi would already be trying to overthrow the republic
Awesome way to start with him over hearing luke!!!
Thank you, I was wondering if people would like that!

Now that was interesting twist Luke being trained by Sidious acting as Yoda. Well played

@@thestarwarsgalaxy ye like sidious could not care less abt any jedi he had won
Sidious would not give a shit abt yoda at this point he ruled the galaxy no jedi could overthrow him atm
I can just imagine yoda talking smack to sidious lmao as a force ghost
Palpatine the master chess player.
I like to think after this luke purified anakins lightsaber to a white blade
Awesome story thank you! Really liked this one! I greatly enjoy all these re-writes you do. There are other youtubers who do star wars re-writes but yours are the absolute best!

Wait the first one is literally this lol
so pretty much reverse roles for Luke and Vader then
0:52 What do you mean? *HE IS THE SENATE*

What if anakin was saved from slavery by someone in bale rogonias family.
What if Palpatine had accepted Maul's allegiance on Mandalore?
Excellently intriguing!
Glad you think so!
Your videos are always well written, Keep it up bro
Thanks a ton!!
man this one was great
If sidious found him there he would kill him with ease.
What if Padme and Anakin never met?
nicely done but i do think you should have gone full dark and had no hope at all Luke falls Vader. but masterfully done.
What if Darth Vader found Yoda?

LOVED IT rock on !!!
What if the Rebel Alliance took control of the Empire, whether with good intentions or another motive?
What if maul and vader teamed up to fight Palpatine⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️
What if Darth Vader followed Luke to Dagobah?

Yeah, didn’t think of that at all lol

@@thestarwarsgalaxy i got you covered lol, it's all in the well thought out video :) great job btw
@@rickygreen5737 Yeah, that was an oversight on my part, lol.
Yo pente patrol changed hes profile picture to blue and you to red you switched colors 🤣
Haha unintentional but funny for sure
Sweet good job
what if the jedi reformed after qui gon jin death
What if we took the darker route and luke instead of listening, killed vader
Part 2?????? I would be very keen to see that happening eventually. Fantastic
What if Anakin found the world between worlds and spoke to kylo
Tou know i always wonder does force lighting work like regular lighting and would he get messed up if hit by water or was in water? I just thought about that since seeing him in the swamp like that.
Yoda is a grandmaster
What if the Jedi regrouped after order 66.
What If Yoda decided to hide in Ossus?
Realistically papltine wouldn't go after yoda as in his eyes letting yoda sit in the turmoil place would be worse then killing him
These new voices should stay
I got the lines from Battlefront 2 dialogue 😅 I’ll use them when fit!
James 1:21
21 Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you
What if TFA never happened?
What about R2? Didn't Luke bring him to Dagobah also?
No doubt that Yoda at this time could not beat Sidious, especially not on Dagobah. Yoda was almost dead anyway and Dagobah isn't a good environment for Jedi.
I.E what if Luke was an idiot.
Nonsense. No F'n WAY Sidious would have defeated Yoda like that.
Wait whaaaat I completely disagree
Yoda was old and dagobah was a planet full of darkness of course Palpatine would have won he already won once before
