Great song BUT the studio version is FAR superior, Davids voice is awful on this live version (and overdubbed I believe) and the origional solo was a masterclass in taste and restraint not some frenzied wankfest of shredding (the band are great by the way but...)
+steve marks its not overdubbed. all the members do backing vocals. thats why you hear it that way. besides that....imo this live is flawless. i suggest watching it all and make an opinion. coverdale rips everything at his age and his voice is not degraded like other old rockstars :)

Vocal distortion gets more darker and bigger as you developp it with time and maturing , tours . It happened with Dio , it Happened with Biff , it happened with Halford .... And him .
