Is it good to do 2 threshold workouts a week throughout the entire winter in order to prepare for the track season where I run the 1600, 3200, and sometimes 800 as a high school senior?
What amount of total miles from a short threshold day and a long threshold day do you recommend not going over in total volume? Also does anyone have any specific workouts for both types of days now that you know what I run.

Yes, you may even go for 3 if you don’t do double treshold. Important thing is to build a good base
