I love videos like this
If I just do a rotofab CAI and your ported stock intake manifold how much increase in HP and torque should I expect with tuning? It is an 18 SS 1LE 6 speed (I know not a straight line car). I also have the velossa tech big mouth on it but I doubt it makes much of a difference.
any updates on the 60-130?
What did it do 60-130
So "Shift Recovery" refers to removing the GM nannies?
Why do you mean by shift recovery? Do you have the throttle staying open on shifts?
I think its when you shift, you want the rpm of the next gear to fall on the peak of the tq curve so you can keep accelerating as effectively and efficiently as possible. But I still don't fully understand it 😅😂
@@Knutterbife I know with my C7Z, you want to set your extreme rev limiter about 250rpm higher than your shift point and regular limiter about 100rpm higher. That’s one part of setting up the manuals
There is a lot of work that goes into how I allow the car to shift under WOT conditions and how fast I get full power back and what not.
@@prayperformance5137 Interesting. If you know how to do it on the C7Z’s I would be willing to pay to have you look at my current tunes rev limiter/virtual torque tables. Tune is dialed just can’t figure out how to keep the throttle from double closing
what cam was on this?
@@prayperformance5137 are your cams spintron verified? Amazing performance BTW
How is it cam only when it has an intake
I am going to assume you are trolling and that wasn't a real question.
Cam only refers to factory non ported heads.. prob has CAI, Intake Manifold, LT Headers, & Flex Fuel kit, prob a LT4 pump & LT4 or larger Throttle body to make these numbers..
Very nice
For comparison and perspective, 10-12yrs ago, those of us with H/C/I strokers in the 6.6-6.8L range had to really dial in our parts combo to hit 550whp/500wtq NA. It was a huge achievement, and was done on 93-octane.
The improved airflow of these modern heads and DI of the LT1 is pretty extraordinary. They just RIP once you get the right cam and intake on them. 🙌
