I get to see them this weekend!
Although I find the lyrics to KING relatable, the music itself is much deeper. I don't claim to know David but I also find many aspects of the unspoken relatable. Such as the focus and awe of the piano, the mystery and stories within. Examining it, touching it, and trying to convey the power to others. Others cannot see or feel it and it seems as if you are teetering on the brink of madness when you attempt to show them. Cuniform. Saturns hexagon, the black cube, its all probably nothing, lets get this money and post it on the gram.

I respect David Gunn as an artist, and enjoy almost everything that his projects put out. I also think he's fucked up in the head and probably very difficult to work with, which is exactly the case with a great many of the most talented artists through time. Now to give this a listen and enjoy it.

One of the hardest and heaviest bands to ever exist, made limp and soft with AI Art. Hard Pass. Thought ya'll were better than that....................
AI makes you soft? It’s so weird that I hear someone say something and I’m like “well there’s no way I’ll hear something dumber than that today.” But then someone like you comes along and the process starts over again.
AI 1000% removes you’re authenticity as an artist and a musician because with bands that have a platform it shows me they’re willing to cut corners and costs to do something trendy and controversial.
“People like me”, who are actual artists, are perpetually struggling with AI Art because folks would rather not invest.
If you didn’t grow up painting, sketching, being involved with projects like me or even legends like Caelan Stokkermans, you simply won’t understand and that is truly the biggest hurdle in this conversation and why the issue persists! Fuck AI Art and fuck any band with a substantial platform that decides to use AI Art to “modernize”, and fuck those who enable it, because now it’ll be even harder to do commissions with anyone for anything anymore
@@SeanCross_YT they aren’t cutting costs to do something trendy and controversial. They are doing it because they are independent and keeping costs down actually helps the consumer. Look at their merch. The “AK Coat” is $58. I’ve seen the same jacket being sold from other bands for about $100. I get it AI art does suck for a lot of artists because it takes work away. For everyone else it is great. Over time technology removes jobs. You can either let it ruin you or you can use it to your advantage. All that aside, using AI art in no way makes a band soft. That’s just a goofy take.
