I usually make Abuela's version of her Pozole. It always comes out tasty!! Ive always wanted to make Chcken Pozole. So i think ill be trying your version. Cant wait!! So far one of my favorite recipes is her Taquitos Ahogados!!

When you blend the hominy to thicken the broth, do you blend it untill there are no chunks or hominy visible or do you want chunks and whole hominy visible?
This is my favorite pozole but i like to roast my chiles, onion, garlic and tomatillos first . It gives it real good flavor. At the end i top it with cabbage, onion, rabanos, cilantro, and avacado too yumm and lime of course. And we dont eat pozole with tortillas but wuth tostadas. ok now im hungry got make this soon😀
