What I eat for fat-loss as a mom in South Korea/ What I eat in a day

Recipe:
Pumpkin Bread maker Bread
150ml water/ milk or water with 1tbsp milk powder
1 cup cooked mashed pumpkin or sweet potato works too
4 cups bread flour
2 tbsp avocado oil or any oil
2tbsp sugar
2tsp salt
2 1/4tsp active dry yeast
add in this order to the bread maker and press start~
Korean ground chicken over rice
300g ground chicken
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
1/2 bell pepper
Take sesame oil and cook carrots ,onions and bell peppers until done.
Add in the ground chicken and add sauce and cook just until the chicken is done.
Sauce:
2tbsp red pepper paste
1tsp minced garlic
2tsp soy sauce
2tbsp allulose syrup or honey or whatever liquid sweetener you want
Shrimp Skewers
sauce
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1tbsp allulose
1tbsp soy sauce
Juice of 1 small lime
1 1/2 tsb liquid smoke
1tbsp minced garlic
skewers
shrimp, bell pepper, onion, mango pineapple etc Whatever you want
Skewer everything and lay in the air fryer on parchment paper brush bit of sauce over top. Cook at 200C for 8 minutes. (time may vary depending on size of the shrimp or how cold they were)
Parmesan broccoli
Broccoli, olive oil, garlic salt, Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika
boil the broccoli until tender, but not too mushy. Smash with a glass.
Add a pinch of garlic salt and smoked paprika to each one. Brush on oil. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top and bake in the air fryer at 200C for 6-10 minutes until golden and crispy.

Fun fact about veggies - they will grow super giant but you will lose the sugars as they get bigger (thats what gives that extra yummy flavor), so it is actually good to pick while still small

Sorry I gotta comment a second time. Megan u can eat pretty much all parts of the pumpkin. Fry them pumpkin leaves like any leafy greens or crush up the seeds and add to a stew like Nigerian style 😋 am so envious about your garden and especially the pumpkin leaves 😂

That pumpkin bread looked nice & fluffy, and I didn't know that ground chicken is in small packages like that in South Korea 😯, thats neat, besides it being used for baby food, I bet it helps with portion control, I normally portion my ground meat when meal prepping, it would be nice to buy it pre-portioned small. 😅. Try Chocolate Chip Zucchini bread w/ semi sweet dark chocolate chips. My nutritionist suggested it and I love it. I make small muffins of it for a good lil sweet treat or desert option. This kiddos will certainly love it.

You sounded so cool when you briefly talked Korean at the 12 minute mark. Your voice seems to drop a little deeper, I find my voice does that too when I speak a language other than English. Would you ever think about doing more videos with you speaking Korean? I can imagine it might be annoying with having to add subtitles, but your Korean is so good and I am curious to hear you speak it more!
