Extended mags, some suppressors and the side mounted AK optics are quite easy and fast but the rest…? Good luck finding an alan key

Are you doing in the inventory or the quick menu?
You need to hold T to select the attachments. Not sure how to do it on consoles though.

You don’t unfortunately. I don’t know if you can find it normally off a trader but you can get one from a weapon spawn. One comes with a MK1 DMR
