America, I do love u! Dr. Pol is the best vet ever. Hello from Moldova!
Tater is definitely my favorite Dr. Pol cast member.
Bless Dr Pols heart! He always puts the animals first no matter what time it is!
I love this show. I like reruns. My older sister put me onto this show. She watched from the beginning. She passed away back in 2020. She didn't have Covid, it was her heart.
Thank you Nat Geo Wild for having 1 vet show each week! Love it!
Tator needs his own chair that's been sat in by the people he loves.
Tater just needs a nice cat tree with at least one of the perches with a comfortable built in basket type bed, she will love it!
Buy him one.
wakranich3488,
I'm sure Charles doesn't need my help!
Merry Christmas 🎄
I just love this show..I think tator needs a bed in his new cat house maybe then he might find it interesting.
The really need to get that saddle fitting
Buy him one.
Catnip
I love Dr Pol n his crew. Wish I had a clone of him for my farmette.
I watched all your shows even the reruns, but I miss Charles to help you. I love you, Dr., Paul.
I love watching Dr. Pol they are all won
I love love love love love love ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Dr. Pool please keep doing this show with Dr. Pool is the best 😆
Dr. Pol.
This bird needs a liver panel and a cardiac enzymes study. Almost always there is an underlying issue involved in these grossly overgrown beaks. Kudus to Dr Pol for agreeing to treat any animal. God bless you Sir!
I was surprised that the end of the beak wasn't Dremeled to a point so he can actually use it to pick apart his food. That might be a major cause of the overgrowth.
Tater runs the place. I love watching him.
Love love love Dr. Pol.
I was surprised to see Dr. Pol on ‘Nat. Geo’s site ...! Then, really enjoyed watching him, (with his team -) as I always DO! So, thanks - it’s a nice addition to the video assortment (or varieties?) offered … 🐾 👍🏻 👨🏻⚕️ 😊 🐈 🐕
Tater is an absolute superstar!!!
One of my favorite shows ❤
I always love a video from Dr. Pol.
Dreamer the horse looked on the thin side, you could see her ribs. Maybe not enough to eat if being ridden a lot or worms?
Maybe teeth need floating too
I know they show the success stories, but God bless these people.
Dr. Pol, I see Tater has a mind of her own. (His?) Have you tried putting cushions or towels in the cat house?
Its a he. And yes he sure does have a mind of his own.🙂
My question exactly!!!
What a good episode
So good to see dr. Pol again. Miss him greatly on tv.
When I was in high school, I would watch this show in my agricultural class.
Love Dr Pol and his family and staff ❤❤❤🎉🎉
just get tater his own chair
Love the look on Mika's face like "dang these are all mine 😂" Thank you Dr. Brenda and Dr.Pol plus your employees/interns 😊
I like the escape attempt, that's funny. I guess birds don't like the vet either.
That poor horse needs an owner that care about her. Barrel racing is cruelty. She had more prob then that sore. You can see the pain in her eyes.
26:07 he's being so good I think because he knows he needs help.
What a nice part of our country. I love the small town/rural areas. Good people of solid character.
The paint in the beginning is tooooo thin. When you can see ribs you need to start pumping them full of good quality hay, preferably alfalfa. It’s higher in calories and protein, far greater than grass hay. Even adding alfalfa cubes to the horses dinner (soaked). This will put on weight fast.
Also, turn this horse out 24/7. Give it 24hr access to grass AND hay! In its feeds add canola oil. They say 2 cups for an average horse. You can split it morning/night.
That horse I believe really just needs to put on some weight and would be fine under saddle.
I agree, way too thin.
Most young riders are so eager to learn to ride they forget the husbandry aspect of horse ownership.
It really is. I’m disappointed in Dr, Pol for not addressing it. Maybe he did off camera tho.@@donnajoyner1474
I agree. I was born into horses and my first horse that I bought with my own money lol was super thin like this when we got him. I remember my Dad pumping him full of canola oil three times a day and I wasn’t allowed to ride him until he put on a couple hundred pounds. I believe this horse will be fine under saddle once he gains some weight. I hope Dr. lol addressed this with them off camera. @@peggyannroot6526
maybe a cushion or blanket with some catnip?
Don't ask about the best seat in the house. The cat is in it.😊
Hey Chris, thank you so much for making this video! I learned so much and am going to send it to my beastie who is currently fighting cancer! ❤
Cats are cats. A chair would be a great addition. Padding the inside of his new furniture is a necessity
I love Dr. Pol and the entire crew. But whatever happened to the female vet before the two in this video? She was so calm, cool and collected. I miss her!
Dr. Emily and her family moved to NC. The other vet decided being filmed for the show hindered her treating her patients. Plus the long hours treating patients and trying to film, making sure the producers got the shot they wanted was just too much. Last I knew she was still there working but not being filmed.
Hope this helps.
Thanks Nat Geo❣️
The parrot 🦜 is making a mountain ⛰️ out of a mole hill. Merlin acts like Dr. Pol is going to do something terrible to him. I mean getting his beak and claws trimmed does not hurt. But of course tell that to the bird.
Love Dr Pol!❤
The sound of those little babies in sync arrrrrring is just heavenly ❤️
Tater lays on chairs because they smell like the people he loves. Donate some old, unwashed clothes for his cat bed. He will love it.
I know here in the US that if you call and don’t get an English speaking person you can ask to be directed to someone who can.
I have faith that Dr. Pol will notice, that cat tower looks like nothing more than a people shelf. Specially when they put people stuff on 1/2 the shelves... I'll keep watching just just to see them transform that thing, into a cat haven;).
Yeah, here some good advice, I seen ppl put a little blanket ( That's folded up) on the horses back to help them from getting sores on there back!😊😊
Get the cat a chair
Спасибо доктор Пол!
That horse looks a bit underweight
Aww Merlin is so precious!❤❤❤❤
That is precious. You had the macaw first and next the horse”Dreamer”! I just lost my very best friend Dreamer, an umbrella cockatoo ❤❤❤❤
that cat house is nice, looks like an entertainment cabinet, cool.
We love Dr.Pol , so glad we were able to get his video on Utube .
2:46 “....golf cart ride....” My recreation is self-propelled: cycling, rock climbing, canoeing, hiking, xc skiing, thank you.
I wish we could have watched Dreamer move out a little. It looked like she may be a bit lame and/or neurologic in her rear end. but it's hard to say since we weren't able to see more.
Cat Nip for tater...😋
Just happy you are still able to teach us, we truly enjoy you all
I really enjoy watching Dr. POLL. ❤❤❤
Taters tower of power ❤️🖤❤️
The cat lady was the sweetest
Tater might like his own chair.
I found it funny that the sign I saw said that Unattended children and given a puppy. I sow a similar one that unattended children would be given an espresso and taught to swear.
Aw heck. Normy the Shepard wants a raw diet. He’d thrive!
🎉Very Nice I like so much DR Pol DR Brenda and your family!
Wish you were regular TV instead of Disney
So sick she went in with out a glove like they have for the horses/ cows?
Dreamer's servants need a class in basic horse care. I'm so angry!
I miss watching dr. Pol. Spectrum took it away.
Good job 👏🏽🙌🏽🤟❤️❤️❤️
Dr. Pol doesn't use pain blocker as much as other †v vets.
😮 WOW
32:33 Some people don’t understand pet care. Poor dog.
I thought he was kinda “long in the beak!”
Should put blanket or bed for tater in his tower.or just his own chair with a bed or blank ie so he wants that chair and not all of them.
If the cat likes chairs, why give him a wardrobe ??!?
The family with the horse, is frustrating because they knew she a sore and uncomfortable but kept riding her anyways. If I was a vet would explain what they are doing is abuse.
Why would you wait 2 months of no pooping to take your animal to the vet?
You should’ve just given tater her own chair
Why was there blood on the table when they lifted the Parrot up? I hope it was due to a person that got a scratch and not the bird!
I would love to have an alpaca but I’m afraid it wouldn’t survive the predators around here.
He almost lost his license and animal cruelty by the state of Michigan. for the way he treated one dog
That mare is underweight . You should never be able to see the top line like that EVER! Why didn’t she mention this to the owners ?
But...its hard plastic and cold and low visibility cat space!
Why all the wows
OMG what a hot mess!
Taters new house is too hard for him. You need something soft inthere
That horse is to thin.
That little paint mare is underweight! She needs some good care and food and rest. Those people are overworking her and underfeeding her...look at how her spine sticks out and how her ribs show..not okay! They need to learn how to care for a horse correctly!
I agree!! I was shocked at how underweight she was!!
Maybe she’s dropped a few pounds from being more active but ribs and spine showing a bit in itself doesn’t mean a horse is underweight. If the hip bones are becoming prominent and face starts looking sunken then there’s a problem. The vet would have told them she needed to put on some weight. Too many people over feed and we get used to seeing chubby horses. The crime here was eventing without ensuring a properly fitting saddle. More than a different pad is needed as the vet said. I think the problem is obvious and many owners would know the horse couldn’t be ridden for awhile and to address the fit. Kudos to them for seeing the vet to make sure nothing else was amiss.
@@AstiJay Horse was obviously under weight Add improper pad and ill fitting saddle, you have a very sore horse.
Completely agree you should never see a horses bones and that's why she has sore because she's too skinny
I took a 2nd closer look and noticed the neck line… the neck is thin, so yes, I see now the horse is very likely underweight. My arm chair analysis. That she’s barrel racing this horse is why I didn’t call it based on ribs alone. Very active horses can be muscled but lean with ribs showing & they’re not at an unhealthy weight. Racing thoroughbreds are a good example. I’m betting that young lady gave her folks an argument so they let her hear from the vet to give her mare a rest. They’re suppose to be really good vets so I’ll trust they talked to her off camera about more than saddle sores & saddle fit.
What has happen to seeing Dr Pol?
Hey
Barrel racing is a cruel sport. The horse is sore, the feet are painful. It is not enjoyable for the horse. Just entertainment for humans. Poor little horse. The little girl is learning bad lessons from her mother.
Little rough around the edges for my liking.
Trap, neuter, release is DEVASTATING FOR WILD BIRDS AND SMALL ANIMALS! If you want to rescue cats KEEP THEM IN Y.O.U.R HOUSE!! So cruel for wild animals. I had a neutered cat living under my rental. It would line up dozens of kills under my steps; robins, lizards, song birds. Fortunately there are bears, cougars, coyotes, etc that eat ferral cats in California, but the cats do so much damage to wild animal populations in mountain communities. MAKES ME ANGRY!
That horse isnt very healthy
I met Brenda in Lewiston Maine and she worked in dollar general store
Tater tot might need some blankets or little pillows in his cat tower
I saw blood on the table the parrot 🦜 was on. 🥲
😮 WOW
