Some smaller companies are better than big 4 because we get same benefits (except brand which is not so important these days if we are really skillful )and log off at 6 pm without much hassle . Sister actually I qualified for Deloitte usi consulting nla 3.0 for analyst trainee and I got loi in July 23rd until then I didn't got any update,I joined Accenture for packaged app development associate role as I got Joining but I want to join Deloitte whenever I receive offer letter will I get any problem with pf or uan and also suggest wheather to shift or continue in Accenture...
