Always ILS! Its the most accurate and we can also perform an autoland off of it (if possible)

Most major airport require an ILS approach from at least 10 miles. In smaller places you can do a shortened approach or a visual.
To become a pilot you go to pilot school which doesn’t normally require any school certificates.
