Good evening, I am writing to you from Central Asia. I have a panasonic thoughbook older version. After recently updating Windows, the mouse cursor on the screen froze. it is not possible to control it with a mouse from the outside. I took it to 2 or 3 specialists, and they could not find the patient for months.

We disconnected the touchpad, but they said it was not possible. I also have its driver disk. Sorry, please help if possible

One thing to note, once that adhesive ribbon cover is gone, you will have degraded spill resistance. If you can replace with something similar, it can retain more of it's original water resistant ability.

I hosed down my laptop in the kitchen sink to prove that it is water resistant. It mostly works, with the exception of the "O" key. I'm drying it out more. Is there a way to fix that one key?

Check to see if your cable is properly connected. A lot of times that cable may have a connection problem.
