How can the police guy say left se overtake for bikes? Left overtake is a big blind spot for the vehicle in front.. Always overtake from right ensuring lane is clear and stay in visible zone of heavy vehicles

They obviously do not realize how dangerous it can be to overtake from the left. No country, state or province allows passing from a slower lane. The officers are being nice and chatty but they need to have proper training and knowledge.
