Yeah all the DLC are licensed cars its just not mods I play on PS5 and there's no mods but like half the cars are real car names

Rebuild cars full on rebuild them get like 15-25 profit every car

buy out junkyard cars, wash, detail, and weld them. replace all body panels, repaint and sell for easy money. depending on the car anywhere from 20k to 200k profit from each one

About lvl 12-15 if you get renovator and the gargage upgrades you can start flipping cars and then start buying and flipping more expensive wreks, i just sold a lambo for 150k, barn find to simple restoration.
