Im assuming you die if you let the bar go down, but to mimic slender as a game while your holding space your normal health bar drains, probably to reference the general mechanic of slender
If the bar is at the bottom or top too long you lose health very quickly. Holding space bar fills it up, releasing space bar makes it tick down. As you hold space bar you slowly lose hp. I played the mod and it’s not very lenient. If you lose almost any hp until a certain section a decent way into the song you are basically screwed but i thought it was fun and unique. (All types of health drain in this mod can give you a game over though, even from just holding space bar).

When playing, make sure ur max FPS is 60, otherwise the health drain and regain will be bugged
update has a deltatime where you can set it to be according to the framerate, just multiply a value by the deltatime and it works
what will happen if we keep holding space? does it make the note harder to hit or something?
