Fabric art with Sun dyed background, dyed scrim and stiffened silk

A small piece of fabric art. Stiffen silk and other fabrics with PVA glue and water or dye scrim and other fabrics to add to your palette of fabric art goodies. Then put it all together with some hand embroidery! Tracey ‪@artfiberstitch‬ shows you how.

it is difficult when different countries have different words for some things. But any natural Fiber with a loose weave would work 😀 I remember using cotton gauze bandages at one time!
