It actually worked for me! Guess there is two ways to use the stamper and I was doing it wrong. I have another video of just stamping plates from Wish and gonna show that it actually works. So happy cause they have some of my favorite designs. :)

I realize this video is 3 years old now but that glitter is supposed to be rubbed on top of a top coat with a makeup sponge and then re-top coated
