Thanks for sharing Noemi this beautiful video of the Christmas lights of my beautiful town of vila Franca and around the island towns I really miss spending Christmas in my old town of vila Franca there’s no place like the Azores in my case as far as this beautiful religious feast of our savior Jesus Christ our only true God who became flash the word became flash and dwell among us EMANUEL God with us I have been living in the states for 29 years now and nothing compares like my Azores idk y know what it is 🤷♂️ but the Christmas spirit there we just feel more because we put Christ in the center I remember going to the midnight mass and after go8ng home to open the presents but I remember when I was a child there we never care about the presents and me and my brother and sister we never told my parents what we wanted for Christmas we just used to open after Christmas and what ever we got we were happy because we just didn’t really care it was all about Jesus but now a days specially here in the USA it’s all about a pagan holiday they just celebrate Christmas more with friends material things etc. but where is Christ ? It’s so sad that most countries in this world now Christmas has become more like a pagan holiday and not put Christ first now a days it’s about family friends and all about the children which is wrong we are being manipulated slowly overtime by society we just have to ask the lord to gives us his grace so we can be lightened by his light so we can be aware and vigilant of the lies of Satan, well I just would love you to wish you a merry Christmas and let’s keep Christ first and then family and friends ❤️ all of your videos and I’m hoping you’re enjoying living in the Azores and I would love you to make a video of the nativity scene inside the church of vila Franca to kill my old memories of my beautiful church of saint Michael the archangel I really would appreciated thank you 🙏❤️✌️🇵🇹🇺🇸

Thank you for all the information outside the typical. I live at San Miguel de La Palma and our islands are very similar in many ways. I will visit Sao Miguel in March and was wondering if I could rent a 125cc (or electrical) motor? And if thats recomendable at all regarding weather? Oh, also, I speak English, Dutch, German and Spanish but no Portugese, which one would help me out most? Sorry for all these questions that you might already answered in one of the videos. Thanks again.

Yes. Everything is going to be closed ,but it is only for two days.
Hi! Most of the places, including places to eat, will be closed. I think the big supermarkets will be open on the 24th (but it will close early in the afteenoon)
