  • I tweaked this recipe according to what I had available, and you can do the same. If there are things you don't like, you can substitute them with similar items or remove them altogether.
    Just like recovery is your journey, this is your smoothie 😀
    Green protein smoothie
    1/2 C of coconut milk (I used almond milk)
    1/2 C of coconut yogurt (I used plain)
    2 tsp hemp seeds
    1 tsp chia seeds
    1 C of spinach
    a bowl of raw cabbage
    a green apple (peeled or unpeeled, you decide 😀
    1 tsp of raw honey
    1 tsp of bee pollen
    option to add a cup of ice
