One for the state education they don't use (tax) and two for the private education they do use. (Fees). Early election isn't going to happen no matter how much people would like it to happen. The only thing that might happen is the PM being changed but then you have Reeves ect standing in the running to take over. Most of Labour seem happy with their leader despite being unpopular and whilst they are happy the public have to put up with it.
By the time next election comes round it will be way too late, damage is done plus the majority of seats will be won by independent candidates that will be standing and representing a particular group. The days of big party politics is over.
Anyone who's dipped their toe in the public sector knows you could cut the workforce in half and no one would notice. At best it's inefficient, at worst it's a horrid overreaching dictatorship with a side hustle of making you poorer.

Why should people who send their children to Private Schools have to pay VAT, they already contribute to State Schools in their taxes but don't use them.
They contribute even more as they don’t use state schools.
The Laffer curve , an economic theory that as governments increase taxes they reduce the amount of taxes they collect by crashing the economy . See any parallels ? By increasing taxes the effect on new business creation and existing business expansion is negative , therefore employment figures also go down , net incomes go down , people living on benefits as there are no jobs go up .

One thing to remember about private school kids is that their parent have paid twice for their education. One for the state education they don't use (tax) and two for the private education they do use. (Fees). So what Liebour has done is the kids who were not using the state will now be taking up that option costing more money as they will undoubtably have to put more money into the state system. Or being slightly more cynical an opportunity to force more kids through the state socialist indoctrination system.
