Lvled my multishot guided bowazon from 1 to 30 today. Lvl 27 with insight is such a game changer. Went from a 9-20damage artic set bow to 40-90 insight bow. Really helped with the multishot spamming too since I didnt have any mana leach
3:24:16 I haven't watched any D2 speedruns in a while. That invisible wall trick at the Ancients is completely new stuff for me. Is that some tech that is D2R specific or does it work in original D2 too but was only just recently discovered? Really cool stuff, whatever the case.
I gambled my heavy gloves from Jamella on level 29 and rolled +1 Passive and magic skills +8% chance of crushing blow (5-10) +19 life (10-20) 2% life stolen per hit (1-3) Quite happy with it!!
I love bowzons from the og d2 days - so I made one during season 3. Man.. she was so frustrating to build and keep up with others that I almost gave up on her but after I reached 90 I converted her from PvM to PVP and I am now back in love with bowzons (telebowzon)!
The hardest hardcore character I ever played was an untwinked physical spearazon. I failed twice, but one death was due to Iron Maiden in the CS in Hell ffs haha. But finally, I did twink her with Silence in Mat Spear and she used that when resists were necessary, but otherwise I just used whatever I found. It was a ton of fun, and I think I will try it again since they fixed Fend.
Wish there were some way to go higher players on a bnet game while playing solo. The advantages you show here on local single player is so clear. But I also want some way to trade the stuff I find with others.
At 1:59:40 I'm exactly the same. I get way more upset at the people being mean and rude rather than them making bad plays or something like that. Also I get far more upset at my own bad plays than if teammates are bad.
I've been playing around with the invincible valkyrie build and have been having a lot of fun with it. Basically you take 5 passive and magic GCs instead of sharp/fine charms and reconfigure to 6-11 hard points in Dodge and 21 soft points in Decoy with a level 17+ valk, using the points you recover from stuff like pierce and crit strike and penetrate. Very cozy to play since you have massive dodge/avoid/evade and a mega-valk
shockingly, arctic set is pretty amazing for a low level bowazon. Tried it once and it was pretty smooth. super low level but the damage on the weapon scales as you level keeping it relevant for quite a while.
Is this going to be a new series? I checked your guided playlist and those videos are years old. I want to return to the game when you upload a guided build that i like. Thx
Can you please explain why the Valkyrie is supposed to be better than the Assassin's Shadowmaster? The Shadowmaster can block just as well and at least does damage, at least with a few points invested there.
I have played so many phys bowazons through normal. I don't like multishot, so I typically save my points until 24. If you want to have fun, you have to have your mercenary carry you. I usually go with a fire rouge. I even managed to keep my rouge alive all the way to act5 a couple times. My preferred build is 2 in crit strike, 5 in pierce, 20 valk, 20 decoy, 20 strafe, 20 guided arrow. Throw an edge bow on the merc and you don't need to do any damage. Bosses just melt from hitting the decoy. Ancients are a joke. It's beautiful. For gear, at level 4 you want to gamble long bows(get 22 str), at level 14 you want short battle bows(get 30 str and 40 dex), at level 20 you want circlets. At level 18 you can shop magic find gloves and boots from Elzix.
I oso not really like multi early stage. The problem with multishot at the beginning is too mp consuming, the oni reasonable reason to use multi early stage is "taltaltal" to let the poison do the trick. Its not necessary to change into "better dmg" bow immediately early stage as it doesn't really help much, just socket 3os hunter/composite bow will make ur life easier, at least in normal (act 1~3, act 4 onwards abit struggling). I always like 1 sapphire 2 emerald combo, slow + DoT. Also since respec available, save point is not recommended as well as it make Ur beginning journey more miserable 😅 couple of point in crit strike (up to 40~50%) n inner sight (+duration) early on oso smoothen the gameplay at start, just respec out of it when hit clvl 24~30 😊
i started watching this video after trying to fight Duriel with this build. good thing you made it yesterday, because I would've quit for another 1-2 years.
What do you think of the guided arrow change that they made so long ago that stopped it from hitting a single target more than once? I kinda wish they would bring that back but doubt they would.
Strafe is so good that they didn't removed the nhd from it in the last patch. I don't understand why you dislike it. With little leech, you are basically invulnerable with the dr2 dodge/avoidance removal of the animation...
The best strafe bow apart from Faith (which is just broken) is actually the upgraded Witchwild String, and it comes with a built-in level 20 Magic Arrow. The Amazon Basin got way into the weeds on a bow comparison a great many years ago now, and Witchwild pulled ahead of every bow for Strafe behind Faith, and Windforce was 2nd to Faith for Multishot. And if you are building Insight then ya +skills actually do matter, they add up to 15% from the Bow, and another 10% from gloves, but Laying of Hands is too good.
I haven’t played Diablo 2 since the days when we used to do the first part of act 5 over and over to level up so, a while😅 But I’m looking to get into it again in singleplayer and I want to use a trainer, cheat a little to make it less of a grind and to make up for not being able to trade etc. I guess what I’m wondering is if that would cause any problems whit battlenet. I’m not trying to use it for multiplayer and I know I can’t but would battlenet detect the trainer and ban my account if I ever create a online character while I have an essentially hacked singleplayer character?
Fun run, but I would have liked to see the Arctic and Ichor get a little use. Even if they are terrible, try them for a bit and then throw them away rather than not even considering trying them at all. The "physical" bowzon is using elemental damage.
My favourite build to play at the moment is a physical strafezon. Always preferred multishot in the past, but something about strafe this playthrough has made me prefer it way more. Just need at least +20% IAS somewhere otherwise its too slow.
If you ever get a billion dollars, as the topic came up at around 3:04:00 I would probably give it to some Veteran organization and also not in one bunch, but gradually, so they don't overspend and go stupid because as you said, money can be quite overwhelming when you go from not having anything to not knowing where to spend it.
Baal at start: 😈 Baal at end: 🦔 Edit: For some reason youtube banned a similar comment I made before, that said the same with maybe four more words, so I had to rephrase it. UA-cam has gone completely insane at that point.
@@procow2274 oh so you just type it. I thought it was some kind of trainer he was running in the background like that item editor he showed a while back.
I'll say a strafe zon with faith and dracs the only way you die is if you're 1 spot by something. Literally stood and tanked Diablo in P8 with only 3 fire res thanks to the massive life tap
I like Bowzon Early just jet 3 socketed long bow(put some nice runes in it 3x ral, ort or tal ), an murter everything Act I+II whit it so easy, falling of later, actualy when leveling my sorceres i was so anoyed by low mana so i endet up usiong same strategy...
My dream is that, if they won't let Guided Arrow hit the same target multiple times, they revise it to be like an AoE, where it can pierce multiple monsters (up to a max of 3, 4, etc. as you level it up). Kinda like Yondu's arrow thing from Guardians of the Galaxy.
Noooo way. Feel like this is years in the making after SO nanny people asked/trolled him to do a physical bow. The real question is will he farm out a leight run ? Or literally run…. To the finish line haha. Can’t wait to see all parts to this one ! Just got myself a Goldstrike Arch the other day on SP so this maybe a play along for me !
wow! Finally a physical bowazon guided play through ❤ been waiting for very long time 🥹 Jewel of envy in early stage is superb for physical bowazon. I always like 1 sap 2 em combo in my 3 os hunter bow, slow n let the dot do the trick until mid act 3 or later (clvl around 25 and short/long war bow available depends on own preference, short better speed while long higher max dmg)

Thanks Llama, been playing Single players PD2 and really wanted to just play a bow Zon. Appreciate the guide and wish you the best.

Back in my day we shot at things with our bows with are rogues just using normal attack and we liked it 🎅
For identify/town portal scrolls, you can also Shift + Right Click the scroll from the vendor and it'll fill your book up to max.
Does the next hit delay mean that multishot can shotgun now?
Been playing this game for 37 years never knew about the buy back scroll of identify book trick

Something interesting you could do is address which builds worth better or worse while playing with a controller.
Any build with Valkyrie?
Wouldnt a gemed bow using multishot and a multi tir helm give u low lvl dmg and mana regen?

Holy crap! your doing my current ladder build. Lucky Me! Thank You!
I'm about to go through the game with fissure druid is it good build? My first 2 builds were hammerdin and frenzy and it was kind of a nightmare😢

do you farm for Buriza or the Windforce?
Burriza works great. Windforce is hard to farm and very endgame

Mrllama would it better for a rookie to play javazon or an elentalamzon before a physical?
Season 6, I like the idea of going cold for Normal and Nightmare then going into strafe for cold immune in hell. It's awesome for cleaning TZ
Just started playing at the same time with the guided play and i found Ivywrap from the stones guarding boss 😅
