You need to overthink the brick / water bucket analogy 😂 you don't want people to be dead after using your product :D love the videos keep up the great work. Finding distribution first is a great approach. Think about which industries / fields do you have easy access into (e.g. due to friends or work experience as a consultant) and find problems to solve there. Then first customers should be easy to find due to connections. B2B products could be an easier way to build a great startup.
@@Jason_lai This one will work out I am sure. You have the connections to get enough early testers and validation and ideas to iterate your product based on. If you focus on the feedback you will build a great product. Looking forward to the next videos.
how much cash do you have? interested to know what kind of investment capital you have. and how long you can go without falling back into a job if all else fails.
Yea good Q and I actually talked about it in previous vids. Basically have 12-18 months expenses saved up so I can survive without work for a little while. I am trying to bootstrap and not raise capital if possible- but always open to anything haha
