Hi Amanda, I think it's important to note that "width" is not the same measurement as "girth". Width is the diameter of something. Diameter would be the measurement straight across the penis. An example would be a penis that measures about 2.25 inches in diameter would be approximately 7.00 inches in circumference. Circumference is the measurement around the penis. Hi Amanda, I think it's important to note that "width" is not the same measurement as "girth". Width is the diameter of something. Diameter would be the measurement straight across the penis. I tell people this: Measure your forearm where the diameter is about 2.25 inches and your actual circumference will be about 7.00 inches.
