Feel like the reason they feel much shorter is because NintendoBase is playing with CPU opponents (likely set to easy or something). If it was all human players, I feel like they'd go much longer or something.

OH MY GOD IM SO HAPPY THEY BROUGHT BACK BOSS BATTLE MINIGAMES THEY EVEN ADDED IN THE MINISTARS IN THERE FOR GOOD MEASURE! I thought we were just going to get Imposter Bowser as our big gimmick from this game BUT NO they brought back some of the best aspects of two of the most underrated Mario Party games in my Opinion while still appealing to the people who... didn’t like 9 and 10 Even if I never hated the car mechanic to begin with.

I think mega rocky wrench, mega sumo bro & mega bowser are the only bosses who actually gave you a solid fight
Even then Bowser seems way to easy imo

The thing about Bowser Bosses in Mario Party is that they always hit hard, Jamboree's is no exception.

So the boss fights are only in single player dissapointing
I saw a preview and on the vs space roulette, it showed a boss minigame, so I guess they can appear in mp mode, but rarely
I think you can play helpey help mode with multi players
