If you want to put the sneakers on Ken dolls without cutting them, put them in hot water a couple of minutes before. It’s soften the shoes enough to put them on (and off as well.) I don’t know if it works with all of them thaugh. Thankyou for that wonderful video!!🤗👏👍😄❤

For the hats, try pushing them all the way on and put a rubber band on it to make it stay on.. then the hat sort of stretches to the head size and stays on easier. Also the Barbie works better if she has flat hair. Thanks for sharing your unboxing with us!
